Reading the Lightning Thief

Jason, Piper, and Leo are curious as to who this mysterious Percy Jackson really is, so when a book appears with a note saying that it is about Percy's adventures it is no suprise that they are eager to read it. Them along with Annabeth and the gang converge to read the book, Percy Jackson and the Olympians The Lightning Thief.

Hey guys! I've read a lot of reading the books stories, so I decided, "Hey mights as well add to the never ending supply of them!" so this is my version of that. Percy will not be in this story, it will be the new campers, jason, piper, and leo, along with annabeth and some others and that will be it. I hope you guys like it.

Jason POV:

It was a normal day at camp, the sun was shining and everything seemed to be right in the world. Camp was starting to except me and Leo and the others were slaving away on the Argo II. I was talking to Piper when it happened.

"I wonder what this Percy Jackson guy was really like?' I said to Piper.

"I know. I wonder what he did to have everyone so distraught over his disappearance."

"He couldn't have been that great surely, though, could he?"

"I don't know, even Clarisse is sad about it, and that is saying something."

"Yeah, I guess you're right. I just wish somebody would tell me. Whenever I ask they get a sad look on their face and turn away, and I wouldn't dare ask Annabeth." Suddenly a book appeared in front of us on the ground. There was a note taped to the front of it,

Dear demi-gods,

We have noticed that you guys have been having a lot of questions about Percy Jackson so we decided to send you these books in hopes of educating you in the importance of Percy and all of his adventures. After you finish reading this book about his first quest another one will appear and so forth. Enjoy.

-The Gods

"Well I guess we should go tell Annabeth."

We ran to find her and inform her of the book. She looked surprised, as if she couldn't believe that the gods would do something like that.

"Well I guess you should go get Thalia, Nico, Grover, Clarisse, Chris, Conner, Travis, Leo, and Rachel so we can read."

We scurried off to retrieve said demi-gods. When we were all gathered in the big house Annabeth quickly explained why they were there and then proceeded to ask who wanted to read. Thalia raised her hand and began.

"I Accidentally Vaporize my Pre-Algebra Teacher..."
