Author's note: Hey have any of you thought, that in the "Monkey Brains" episode that they should have had Leo, Raph and Mikey apologize when they realized how laughing at Donnie was super mean even if he was beat up by a monkey. I started writing this like a year ago and forgot about it until now. I don't own T.M.N.T at all.
The Realization:
The turtles just got back from defeating Dr. Victor Falco, and Donnie went straight to his lab and locked all of them including April out.
Leo, Raph and Mikey were discussing with each other asking why Donnie was doing this clearly being to stupid to realize it for themselves.
"It's pretty obvious as to why he locked himself up you guys." April says standing over them with her hands on her hips.
"What would that be?" Mikey says even more confused.
"He's obviously still upset from when you guys laughed at him for being hurt by that mutant monkey. I don't think you three even apologized to him."
The three of them looked down at the floor in shame, mad that they didn't realize it sooner.
"You're right April, we need to fix things with Donnie." Leo says.
"Yeah, well how are you supposed to that? The Brainiac locked himself in his lab."
"I think he left the garage door open." Mikey says.
The two other turtles look at him weird and then nod getting up to get ready to apologize. April tells them before they go,
"Go easy on him, you guys, let him know how sorry you are. I also think he might be hurt from your previous fight."
They nod in understanding and head out of the entrance of the lair towards the garage hoping to make things right with their smart brother.
