It was a beautiful day in Konohagakure, The Village Hidden in the Leaves as the students of Konoha Academy prepared for their Genin Exams in Traning Ground 44 also known as The Forest Of Death.
The Saindaime Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, had thought that the village had become carefree. He realized that almost half of his Shinobi have become lazy with their training and most of them were the Genin who were recently became ninja.

He had gotten a report from one of his shinobi who he had sent to keep an eye on the academy and mark their progress. What he saw he did not like.
' Almost all of the girls of the class are swooning over the Uchiha, the civilian students don't even pay attention in class, and the kids won't even work together as teams.'he thought as he reviwed the list the Chunin had given him.
' What should I do ?' he thought once again as he turned around and looked at the village, admiring its beauty.
He soon found himself looking at the training grounds as one had stuck out from the rest. Training Ground 44 or as it was known as by many The Forest Of Death. Soon a genius idea struck him
' That might just work if I can get the council to approve ' he thought as he quickly sent his private Anbu to send messages to the council members. Minutes later they returned, following him out of his office as he walked towards one of the most secure floors in the building,the council chambers.
