Dear Mason,

It's me, Ronald! It's been a while since we spoke together, especially after your family moved to Lima, Ohio, and you and Madison transferred to McKinley High. Life here's never been the same without the two of you.

Things here have been alright regardless. First off, I finally found myself a girlfriend! Her name's Lisa and she has the most metallic looking red hear you've ever seen. She's also an artist, like me. That's actually how we met. I was browsing through an art store and we happened to be looking at the same merchandise. One thing led to another and now we're together. It's funny how these things happen, right? Also, Heinz has started his new job, well, his FIRST job anyway. Danielle and Casey broke up, as if those two were to even last a year together. And…I guess that's about it. We all miss you guys, my parents especially. But we've also heard about the things you've been up to in your new school and we're proud of you!

When I saw on Facebook that you and your sister joined that glee club, I was quite surprised! I never even knew you had that kind of talent. Well, at least you never really told me you had it. Guess I should've asked. But anyway, I did some research about this New Directions and I have to admit they have some crazy history! Hell, I even heard stories about the school itself and the staff in it! Is it true that your cheerleading coach actually usurped the original principal and works both jobs? And is it true that she too has a history with the glee club and has tried to dismantle it? From what I've heard about her, she seems like a really terrible woman!

But other than that, everyone else seems pretty cool especially in the New Directions! You say you're working with some of the club's original members who helped bring it to where it's been for the past five years. They all seem pretty cool, especially that guy, Blaine, who looks just like you and his friend, Kurt. I showed my girlfriend and her gay best friend, Nate, pics of the people you're working with and Nate begun to swoon over Blaine, and I mean SWOON! And that Rachel Berry? She. Looks. BEAUTIFUL! And from your experience so far she seems like her talent matches her looks. I hear that her original boyfriend also died, please send her my condolences, no matter how late they are. It all seems like you and Madison are in great company. If you ever come back to visit us, bring some of your new friends with you. I'd love to meet them.

And your other classmates look pretty cool too, especially that Jane girl you're hanging out with a lot these days. I wouldn't be surprised if the two of you end up together some day. That Kitty girl, though, seems like the complete opposite. I've seen her posting on your wall, calling you and Maddie the "Incest Twins" just because of the bond you share. That ain't right by me! If I were there, I'd set her straight and tell her to lay off. It's good that you and your sister love each other dearly, I never thought of it as incest…

Anyway, I wish you two the best and hope to see/hear from you soon. Say hi to Madison and your folks for me, ok? And tell your new friends at McKinley I said hello and I wish them the best of luck and hope to meet them one day. I'm sure we'd all be good friends together. After all, any friend of yours is a friend of mine.
