T.W.I.S.T.: Encouragement
The walk to the Computer Center was not very far from the Calungsod Building, the structure where the classrooms of the Grade 7.
Terry treaded briskly on the green field, tall trees surrounding it.
No, the field was not the only path to the Computer Center, or better known as the "ComCen". There were two options: passing through the Big Field or walking through the pavement that bent perpendicularly. It would be more appropriate to pass the pavement, but that would take more time and effort – two things he couldn't give at that time, so he resorted to passing through the Big Field. Fortunately, the view was more scenic. Unfortunately though, it was much sunnier.
He held his right hand over his eyes as he trudged on.
'Evil sun,' he thought, annoyed.
When he finally reached the outside of his destination, he noticed that the others taking the test were not yet dismissed from the room.
'That explains the line,' he thought to himself.
Well, it wasn't much of a line. It was more like scattered groups of girls, playing games or sharing the latest gossip with each other.
There, he found Wen. He strode up to him and smiled sweetly.
Wen was facing Cheska, one of their classmates. Cheska looked really upset.
And that she was.
"I feel horrible! I think I got five mistakes in that test! Now, this is going to ruin my chances at the Outstanding Student Award!" she whined. She stomped a few times, and let out growls, as well.
In a desperate attempt to cheer her up, Wen replied, "Well, I think I got the whole thing wrong! Feel better now?"
There was a short pause. Then suddenly, she started making crying noises. "No!" she screamed her tone shrill. "I feel worse because I feel like you!"
Terry directed his stare to Wen. He was expecting an infuriated reply, like what most would give at a statement like this.
But Wen proved that he was different from the normal psychology yet again. He just smirked. "Isn't that a wonderful feeling?" he said, his tone pleased and arrogant.
End of discussion.
