Meeting Unexpectedly

Ch. 1

Kagome was just getting back from her time through the well. While she was climbing out someone all of a sudden pulled her out of the well. She was shocked she didn't even felt an aura so she did the only natural thing that she could that wouldn't attract attention she flared her miko powers. The person or thing that was pulling her out dropped her. She turned and looked that there stood Sesshomaru, Lord of the Western Lands. He was dressed like always with his oh so perfect hair.

She stared at him and asked, "Sesshomaru, why are you here? If your after InuYashas' sword you're gonna have to forget it!"

He looked at her and smirked. "Humm.", he said. "I don't want his fang! I came here for you!" Before she could realize what happened he was in front of her and knocked her out. He picked her up and summoned his cloud and was off headed west.

While they were soaring through the clouds Kagome woke up and looked at Sesshomaru. "What did you do to me?", she asked quietly.

He looked down and said, "I want you and wanted you to come with me without a fight! So, I knocked you out. You've only been asleep for 4 hours."

She took in the information and was looking around trying to figure out where they were from how high they were in the sky. "Where are we going?", she asked.

"Home.", Sesshomaru replied. "We'll be there soon." He left it at that and both were quiet for the rest of the trip.

They arrived at his castle 2 hrs later. She was shocked bout how big it was that the look on her face made him chuckle. He landed a few yards away from the front gate. Still carrying Kagome he started to walk toward the gate & through it when it opened up. Guards were yelling that the master was home and an alarm bell sounded to let everyone know. He walked straight inside and to the office. He sat her down in a chair and walked around the desk and sat in his own chair.

"So, you have a nice castle.", she stated. She really didn't know how to begin the conversation, but thought that was a good enough start.

"Thank you.", he said. "I hope you will stay here. I'm sorry about what I did I just didn't know what else to do."

She looked at him and smiled. "It's ok.", she said. "I will stay here, but we need to talk about why you brought me here against my will. I need to finish finding the shards. I need to visit home every once in a while for tests and things."

All he said was "I will allow that just tell me when you need to go home and I'll take you there. We will search for the shards in a few weeks."

She smiled and was glad he'll let here still do those things she needs to do. "Thanks.", she said.

"You're welcome.", he said. "We'll talk after dinner about why I brought you here. I'll show you where you will be staying and you can rest or clean up your choice."

He got up and started to leave so she followed him. They walked down the hall and he stopped at a door that had flowers engraved on them. "This is where you'll stay. My room in two doors down.", he said while pointing down the hall to his door. "If you need me you most likely will find me there or in the office or library which I'll show you after dinner also." He opened the door and she walked in.

"Wow.", she said. "This room is beautiful. Thank you." She turned and smiled at him. He couldn't help but smile back a little.

"Your welcome. I'll come for you in two hours for dinner.", he said. He turned and left the room closing the door behind him.
