Chapter 1

"How do you feel?"

" I feel like cutting off all eight of your legs and use them to spank your unusually large bottom."

"...That was not what I meant."

The two "friends" glared at each other. The forest leaves were tinted with orange and pale yellow as the sun set. Although they both liked nature, the light that partly blinded them made them irritated at the sun's characteristics. The sun may have many purposes and beauty, but some advantages has some disadvantages. Sometimes one simply is blinded by a fault to see the positive or usefulness of an object or person.

"Why here? Why not back at my temporary home," the cobra hissed.

"Because you are a pain in everyone's a-"

Thud!

The spider landed face first into the dark brown soil. The cobra's slap was quick, but accurate and powerful. The slapper watched the recovering spider with eyes of disgust and pride. He had seen this coming, so why not react before any harsh words were said?

The stunned Arachnid swayed a little on his eight legs. Slowly, he faced his opponent and hissed," I...am...going...to...bite-"

Thwack!

The cobra watched him roll a few yards across the ground.

"You did a terrible mistake, coming with me", he hissed quietly. "Admit, the only reason you came with me was because he asked you to. You're just a suck up actor who doesn't take anything seriously. You actually thought you would go unnoticed? That all you have to do to win the game is to listen and obey? This is the real world, where the players are different and similar, have thoughts of their own. I know about your lies and what you are capable of. You know the reason why-"

The arachnid jumped up, panic in his eyes. Swiftly, he grabbed a stone and hurled it as hard as he could at his target. The stone missed the reptile and flew past some bushes. A loud thunk was heard, and a moment later, a softer one followed. The first thunk was the sound of the stone hitting one's head, and the second one was of a person landing on the hard ground.

They both froze and looked in the stone's path with wide eyes. Disbelief bubbled inside them. Of all the things that could have happened, it was this. The bushes rustled as they rushed toward the fallen figure.

It was very peculiar, seeing a large panda lying on his stomach because of a small stone. The stone was nowhere to be seen, but it did leave a mark. Both the reptile and arachnid would have laughed at this situation if it weren't for their surprise and the importance of the fallen figure.

Po, the Dragon Warrior.

"Did you see where they went", the spider asked as they both gawked at Po.

"Who", the cobra asked in puzzlement. Right now he could not predict the spider's next words.

"The flying stone that did this."
