Summary: While at a mall, Harry is reunited with a relative. CONTAINS SOME DH SPOILERS

A/N: I don't know what English malls are like, but they can't be too different from the American ones, right?

Family Reunion

It was a Friday in July and the Potter family had decided to spend the day at a Muggle mall in London. Lily Potter (named after her long deceased paternal grandmother), who had been walking somewhat behind her family, had just looked down for a split second at the mall map in her hand when she accidentally bumped into a woman.

"Oh, I'm sorry," Lily apologized, turning to face the woman she had bumped.

"Watch where you're—" the woman snapped automatically, but after she got a good look at Lily, she stopped talking and stared at her.

"Lily?" The woman whispered, shock evident in her face.

Lily frowned in confusion. "How'd you know my name?"

But before the woman could answer, another voice joined in.

"Lily, there you are," her father said as he came up to them. He'd obviously realized that she'd stopped following the family and had gone to fetch her, leaving her mother with her older brothers. When her father looked at the woman properly, Lily was surprised to see that he was as surprised with the woman as the woman was surprised with Lily. Just who was this woman? Lily wondered to herself. That question was answered almost immediately after she asked herself it.

"Aunt Petunia?" Her father said in obvious surprise.

Aunt Petunia? Lily quickly looked back at the woman. This was Petunia Dursley, the woman who'd raised her father?

"Harry," Petunia said, somewhat coolly. "She yours?" Lily raised her eyebrows. That was it? What, no "hi, how've you been" or something along those lines. If that woman was that cold to her nephew after not having seen him for around 20 years, than Lily couldn't imagine what it must have been like for her father growing up.

"Yes," Harry Potter said, answering Petunia's question. "Her name's Lily. How's Uncle Vernon and Dudley?"

"Vernon passed, several years ago," Petunia answered. "Dudders is married and has a son."

Harry nodded. "I'm sorry about Uncle Vernon."

Petunia snorted. "I don't need your sympathy. Vernon's been dead for years and you never liked him at all! Why should you be sorry he's gone?"

Harry sighed. Petunia hadn't changed at all over the years. There was really no point in arguing with her either. "To be fair, he didn't like me either." To his daughter he said, "Come on, Lily, your mother and brothers will be wondering where we've been." And without saying goodbye to his aunt, Harry left with his daughter to find their family.

So? How was that? Ever since I read the epilogue chapter in DH, I thought it would be interesting if Harry were to see any of the Dursley's again in the future. It would also be interesting if someone were to do one with Harry meeting Dudley and how Dudley would react. Please review.
