Dear diary,

I tried to talk to Maka today about that Soul guy, she said that it doesn't matter if she likes him or not, She then called me a pig. That didn't bother me, but I left her be to respect her wishes. Tomorrow I will try again.

Dear diary,

Today Maka passed the big midterm test. I was so proud that I asked her if she wanted to go to a restaurant. I had turned around in order to look more fatherly, when I turned around she had vanished. This really tore at my heart that she would be so rude. So I drowned my sorrow with that pretty girl Blair who works down at the bar. She asked me if I like furries, but I ignored the question and instead talked about Maka.

Dear diary,

I was looking through old photos and came across one of Maka's mother. It was of the first time we had gone on a date. I cried all the way to the bar.

Dear diary,

The Kishin rose today. I need to assist Death, being a father would have to take a backseat to that. On a happier note, I finally figured out what a furry was... firsthand. Blair showed me. I think I may have nightmares tonight.

Dear diary,

I haven't been able to write for a long while, the preparations for war have been taking up all of my time. Maka has grown so mature, she led her team against a few of the Kishin's minions today and I couldn't be prouder.

Dear diary,

The boy, Crona, is acting funny. I think he likes Maka. It's my job as a father to protect Maka from such young hooligans who want to steal her innocence. Maybe if I suggest to Death to lock him up...

Dear diary,

We captured Crona's mother, the witch. She said she had information for us and when she was interrogated I had a hard time concentrating due to her underwear being visible and reminding me of Maka when she was young. Death and her reached an agreement, but I'm not so sure it's the best. I think the next few entries will be far and few.

Dear diary,

Against my better judgement, I allowed Maka to continue fighting for Death. I'm not so sure about this, I don't want Maka to risk her life so much. But as a great father, I trust her.

Dear diary

Maka defeated the Kishin. It's over. And I think that the Soul Eater kid is trying to make a move on her, maybe I should figure out a way to stop him.

Dear diary,

Life is back to normal for Death City. I tried talking to Maka about Soul Eater, but she called me a man whore and tried to get Soul to turn into a scythe so she could bonk me. To the boy's credit, Soul didn't do it, instead I ran away as Maka chased me with a hard-cover book. They grow up so fast.
