Once upon a time,
I believe it was a Tuesday,

"Bella, I love you, you know that right?" There was pain in his voice.

Were you just kidding?

"Yes." My voice was confused.

What's going on? It's like he's saying goodbye, it's like he's going to leave soon.

He hasn't called me and he didn't show up at my window tonight. I kept my cell phone on, hoping he would call, but my hopes were crushed when it was past twelve o'clock, and he still hadn't called.

We took a walk through the forest behind Charlie's house. "Bella, we're leaving." I knew it would happen, but it caught me off guard.
