They slept together once. Once. And now she's pregnant. It was a drunken one night stand that she can't take back and now she has to face the consequence. Not only that, but the maniac kidnaps her and forces her to endure Thanksgiving dinner with him. Oh joy. Bonnie thought.
Bonnie watched Kai as he ate at the same piece of meat for over half an hour. He's stalling. Why is he stalling? Does he know? Bonnie thought quizzically.
Soon Kai was going on about his family store and Bonnie and Kai ended up outside by a tree stump.
Kai reached into a tree stump and pulled out a knife.
"It's still here." Kai said. "And still full of magic."
Kai closed his eyes and began to suck all the magic out of the knife.
"Or it was. I just sucked it out." Kai said, with an evil grin.
"You have magic again. Good for you." Bonnie said, sarcastically.
"I also have the ascendant." Kai said.
"Doesn't matter. You need a Bennett witch to do the spell." Bonnie said matter-of-factly.
"About that. I've watched you do the spell twice now. And I don't think I need a Bennett witch to do the spell. All I think I'll actually need is Bennett blood." Kai said emotionless.
Bonnie's facial expression changed to that of a terrified one and she took a step back.
"No! Kai, wait...I'm…" But before Bonnie could finish that sentence, Kai violently stabbed her in the stomach.
"Pregnant." Bonnie whispered, before falling to the ground.
Kai's eyes became wide. His hold body began to shake. He looked at Bonnie's bloody stomach and ran over to her.
He put his hand on her stomach.
"No. No. No. No. NO!" Kai scooped Bonnie up and ran inside. He gently placed her on the couch and began a spell that his mother taught him a long time ago.

Kai chanted wildly with tears streaming down his face.
Bonnie's stomach quickly began to heal. Kai was afraid to start the next spell. It would tell him whether or not his child was alive.
Kai started the spell and listened for a heartbeat. At first he only heard one and his heart dropped. But then he heard it. A slight pitter patter coming from Bonnie's stomach.
Kai smiled. He did it. He saved his child's life. Granted, he was the one that put his child's life in danger in the first place, but still.
Bonnie was still passed out and Kai watched over her the entire time while she slept. When she finally stirred in her sleep, Kai perked up and ran over to Bonnie.
Kai grabbed ahold of Bonnie's hand.
Bonnie suddenly shot up from her laying position and looked straight at Kai.
"YOU." Bonnie roared.
"You killed our baby!" Bonnie began to sob, but Kai grabbed her hand.
"No. I didn't. Look at your stomach. It's healed. I healed you with a spell. Our baby is alive, Bonnie." Kai said, smiling."
Bonnie sobbed again.
"How do you know?" Bonnie asked through tears.
"Because. I could hear the heartbeat. I used another spell to magnify my hearing for a few minutes." Kai said.
Bonnie looked at Kai.
"Bonnie. I swear, I did not know you wear pregnant. I would never harm my own child." Kai said.
Bonnie smiled slightly at Kai.
"It doesn't make what you did okay." Bonnie said.
"I know. And listen. I know I'm not the best father figure out there, but I'm telling you, Bonnie. I. Will. Try. I want to be a part of my child's life. Please don't take that away from me." Kai said.
"Okay. I won't." Bonnie said.
"So, we're in this together?" Kai asked.
"Together." Bonnie said.
