AN: Just a cute little story for you little Jubby fans. First attempt at writing Jubby. Hope you like it :)

"It's honestly the dumbest thing I have ever heard!" Bobby groaned.

"I haven't even looked at the instructions yet." Jubilee laughed, grabbing a sheet of paper and reading it. "Your task is to make up five haikus that display five different feelings that you feel for another person. These may be respect, friendship, hatred etc, but please do not write about lust. It creeps Jean out. This is due on Tuesday. Scott Summers, X-Men pilot and teacher of the New Recruits." Jubilee looked at it in disgust for about a minute before speaking again. "This sounds horrible."

"Here, here." Bobby agreed. "Say, Jubes?"

"Yeah?"

"Who are you going to base yours on?"

"I don't know... why, who are you doing?"

"You, of course, Jubilee."

"Really? Well, fine. I'll write about you."

"And you have to show your honest feelings," Bobby smiled.

"Of course."

"And present them in front of the whole class."

"Of course."

"Whoever chickens out gives the other $50."

"You better go consult your piggy bank, Drake. I'm not going to give in."

"Miss Lee and Mr Drake?" Scott addressed the two students once Tuesday had arrived. "Would you like to come up and present your haikus to the class?"

"Ladies first." Bobby said politely to Jubilee.

"Then you better go ahead." Jubilee giggled. Bobby did as he was told. He strutted up to the whiteboard at the front of the room and cleared his throat before beginning.

"Emotion one: Paralysed. 'Unable to move, like sailors to a siren, you take hold of me.'
Two, breathless. 'You're the only one, who can take my breath away, I can't seem to breathe'.
Three, joy. 'I am so happy, that all I can do is smile, when I see your face.'" Bobby looked up to see Jubilee before he continued. She looked away shyly when she met his gaze. "Four, Obsessed. 'Always in my thoughts, I'll follow your every move, always on my mind.'
And last but not least, number five. Possessiveness. 'Trust me Jubilee, there's absolutely no way, I won't let you go.'" Bobby smiled triumphantly when he had done and returned to his seat.

"... okay. Good job, Bobby. A little creepy, but good nonetheless. Jubilee, your turn." Scott said.

"Um, okay." Jubilee walked up, her face still as red as a tomato from hearing Bobby's poem.

"Start whenever." Scott smiled.

"Hope. 'I told myself 'no', because that's what they told me, until I met you.'
Alive. 'Whenever I'm down, I always think of your smile, then I feel alive.'
Poisoned. 'Running through my veins, you're the poison that I love, I don't want a cure.'
Fearless. 'You make me feel brave, around you I have no fears, boost of confidence.'
And um, realistic. 'You're just too perfect, and you'll never love me back, 'til I ask you to.'" Jubilee stopped when she had finished. She looked at Bobby, who was grinning. She smiled back and went back to her seat. When Scott's back was turned, Bobby winked at Jubilee and mouthed out the words "I love you." Jubilee blushed, but managed to mouth "I love you, too" back to the guy she had crushed on for so long.
