A/N: Cliché Jasper has to watch Nessie fanfic. I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist.

My brow furrowed as Nessie and I studied each other. The silence we were sitting in was getting on her nerves, I could feel it. But I didn't know what to do with her. Really, what was a vampire supposed to do with his one year old niece? She didn't even act like one anymore. Renesmee was so smart, and it was getting harder to entertain her.

I sighed, biting my lip and running my hands through my hair. Nessie did the same, hiding a grin. I raised an eyebrow before sitting cross-legged. My niece copied every movement, even down to the eyebrow. I stared at her curiously, and she did the same. What was I going to do with her now? I wasn't good with children. I was barely good with other members of my family.

I slouched back against the couch and Renesmee copied me. Groaning, I stood up and went to the TV.

"Ugh!" Nessie groaned as well and giggled while she ran to where I was standing.

"Nessie, can you please stop?" This was really getting on my nerves now.

"Nessie, can you please stop?" she repeated, taking her voice down an octave to try and match my tone.

"Really, Renesmee, we can do something else besides this . . . annoying game," I murmured quietly.

Nessie scowled before recovering and echoed what I said again, even pausing the same amount I had. I just shook my head and pretended to have a headache, seeing her do the same.

The car pulling up the driveway alerted me of my wife coming home and I was immediately perked up. Alice entered the house with a couple of shopping bags in her hands.

"Hey," she trilled, flitting to my side.

"Hi, can you please help me?" I begged, jerking my head towards Nessie.

"Hi, can you please help me?" Renesmee piped up on cue.

"Hi, can you please help me?" Alice said as well, winking at our niece. My jaw dropped, and so did Alice and Nessie's.

"I'll be outside," I muttered and ran out, with both of them following me. They seemed to be highly amused by this and I knew it would continue for hours before I could get some piece. Oy vey.

A/N: Yeah pointless, I know. I have writer's block again so I just wrote this random drabble-thing to try to get some ideas. So far . . . not so good. Aw well, hopefully my creativity will pop back into my head soon. Review?
