Chapter 1 – Wish upon A star

Well here I am, sitting under the large willow tree. The music is blaring through the house but I feel too hot and sweaty in there. All I need is a bit of peace and quiet right now. And yes this tree is the only place where it's peaceful as no one can see me it's my special place where I can relax and forget about the stress!

Well I better introduce myself, my name is Lilly Hoops and I'm 12. This is where I will write all my secrets that no one know about and what do you know, maybe someday this cheap book could be a big hit! This book will be hidden in this tree at all times to protect it from the beast (My brothers, Max, 5, and Matthew, 14.) This party is supposed to be for Mathew and his mates whilst my parents are out for a romantic dinner for their anniversary but it looks like more people from our street are in a party- mood. I gtg looks like things our getting too crazy in there!

I'm back, just managed to escape the chaos. I don't want to be responsibility for the mess in here so I'm going to stay out here and relax for a bit. Wow a shooting star! Ok I wish for my life to be perfect no chaos, no stress just a relaxing life. Well I'm going to relax for a bit and go to bed. Bye.

Chapter 2 – Chaos in the Hoops house hold

"WE LEAVE YOU FOR 2 HOURS AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS!" yelled Lilly's Dad. Matthew just stood there looking at his feet. The look that makes him look like he's sorry but really he doesn't care. " At least Lilly had the sense to go to bed like a good girl, I swear that girl has more sensibility in one finger then you have in your entire body!" Lilly was walking down the stairs when she heard that last line. She decided to try and sneak through to the kitchen for breakfast as they were in the living room but the floor boards are a bit squeaky and Lilly's dad has sharp ears. The yelling stopped and for a moment the house was silence except for the dripping tap that somebody didn't turn off properly. Lilly was dressed in her new summer uniform even though it was freezing outside but she had her jumper on.
