I staggered out of bed and got dressed. It was teaming outside as usual. I just moved here from Arizona and I'm starting first day at Forks High? I didn't really know what to expect when i got in my red rust bucket and turned the heating on high. I parked in the narrow space and walked aimlessly into the big blue doors.
I got assigned a buddy his name was Paul and he talked a lot. I wasn't really listening i was trying to take in my surroundings and smiled politely when needed. When he left me in English my teacher introduced me to the class. I nodded timidly and went to the only free seat. I sat beside a girl called Jessica and she was sweet and said she would eat lunch with me.
We walked into the canteen and that's where I saw him he sat with 2 other girls and 2 other boys and they all sat at a table in the corner. There was something about all of them but I couldn't put my finger on it.
"Bella, Bella!" chirped Jessica.
Oh! Sorry, who is that over there?" i asked
"The Cullens," she whispered." They don't talk to anyone else in the school and Edward the one on the left is the one every girl in this school is crazy over!"
"Except for me of course, I think they are over-rated," she said fiddling with her salad.
"Yea, sure, who is that," I pointed to the guy who stood up while laughing.
"Emmett," she said.
