So, I've been away for almost 4 years from this and I guess I better start over again. So, I'm rewriting this fic because I'm bored and it needs to be rewritten. Also, to explain the Draconis are some what evolved humans who evolved by being genetically modified and made to be perfect.
THE YEAR IS 3535.
THE WAR WITH THE DRACONIS HAS GONE ON FOR OVER 10 YEARS
THE DRACONIS WERE ONCE PEOPLE OF EARTH THAT WENT TO SPACE TO BE FREE OF THE EARTH ALLIANCE REGREME. WHEN THEY WANTED INDEPENDENCE, THE EARTH ALLIANCE ATTACKED THE DRACONIS WITH THEIR NEWEST WEAPON: MOBILE SUITS. DESTROYING AN ENTIRE COLONY CODENAMED: BIG ONE SENT THE DRACONIS INTO A RAGE AND RETALIATED WITH THEIR OWN WEAPONS: MECHANICAL BEASTS PILOTED BY ONE OR TWO POEOPLE CALLED DRAGONS. THESE MACHINES FOUGHT EACHOTHER FOR YEARS AND NEITHER SIDE GAVE AN INCH. THE NEUTRAL NATION OF BERK STOOD ON THE EDGE OF THE WAR AND IN SECRET CREATED THEIR OWN MOBILE WEAPONS CODENAMED: VIKINGS, BUT BERK HAD MADE 6 VIKINGS FOR THE EARTH ALLIANCE. THIS IS WERE OUR STORY BEGINS ON A BERK COLONY IN DEEP SPACE WHERE THE VIKINGS WERE BEING DEVELOPED UNKNOWN TO THE PEOPLE OF THE COLONY LEADERS OF THE DRACONIS SENT AN INFLITRATION UNIT LEAD BY ALFRED HOFFERSON TO CAPTURE THE VIKINGS AND DESTROY THE EARTH FORCES IN THE COLONY.
Today was like every other day for Henry "Hiccup" Haddock. He went to the engineering college with his friends Finley "Fishlegs" Ingerman, Heather Oswalderson, Ragnar Thompson and his brother, David "Duffy" Haddock.
"Ah Hiccup when are you ever going to get a girlfriend" said David as he put his brother in a headlock.
The group laughed at Hiccup and Duffy squabbling over tiny thing.
"I'll get a girlfriend when I feel like it. Now get off me" as Hiccup got out of Duffy's headlock.
"oh, come on I was just teasing Ya. You haven't looked at a girl since that time we visited the Draconis colony 3 years ago. You feel in love with that Hofferson girl didn't you" teased Duffy.
Henry turned and blushed remembering how they met. He ran into her running from his cousin Simon "Snotlout" Jorgenson. When he ran right smack into her. She yelled at him for running into her but then saw that Snotlout was chasing him and defended him by punching Snotlout in the nose. Henry couldn't help but chuckle at the memory. She then introduced herself as
"Astrid, Astrid Hofferson"
"H-Henry Haddock, Friends just call me Hiccup" He had said nervously.
He remembered her beautiful smile and golden hair in a single braid and she had the most beautiful sapphire eyes.
Henry stared off into the distance remembering that time.
"Oh, great we lost him" said Ragnar shaking Henry's shoulder knocking him out of his daydreaming.
"It's nothing" said Henry, "I'll be back got to deliver these calculations to the professor" as he held up a flash drive.
"Ok well hurry back we're going to Sven's for lunch" said Heather as Hiccup ran off towards the college.
Meanwhile in space
The Draconis Fury-Class carrier Devastation was preparing to launch its strike on the colony.
"Are the Changewings ready" asked a tall man with a white military uniform on.
"Yes sir, Commander Hofferson. The Changewings are ready for infiltration" said the man in a basic green uniform.
Commander Hofferson nodded and walked over to a group of soldiers in red uniforms. One of them was Astrid Hofferson.
"Commander on deck" said Astrid as she saluted to Commander Hofferson.
The other soldiers saluted as well.
"At ease"
"Daughter, you are one of the best pilots in your generation and will lead the infiltration team you are to take the 5 mobile suits being build there called VIKINGS. There are 6 in total. Astrid you will take the Viking codenamed Valkyrie. Tuffnut you will take Viking codenamed Buster. Ruffnut you will take the Viking codenamed Duel. Rossie you will late Viking codenamed Blitz. Alex you will take Viking codenamed Bonecrusher. And Tobias you will take the Viking codenamed Fury" said the Commander. He then pulled out a map of the military base.
Now Buster, Duel and Blitz are located here" as he pointed to the north part of the base but unfortunately the other 3 are located here as he pointed to the right side of the base.
"It won't be a problem Father, we will achieve victory" said Astrid.
Her father saluted her, and they walked towards the hanger where the Changewings were.
"Cousin, do you think I'll finally be recognized by Uncle if I do very well" Said Rossie Hofferson, a girl like Astrid but with dark brown hair.
"Possibly won't know until it's over" said Astrid as she tucked her hair and put on her helmet.
The Changewing was a stealth based DRAGON designed to infiltrate secure facilities and cause panic. The Changewing sat 1 pilot and was lightly armed it had little to no armor but could withstand small arms fire. The Changewing was a rather small DRAGON only 35 feet wingspan and 45 feet in length. The Changewing also had a radar deflector down its back to prevent it from being detected by radar.
Each pilot climbed to the "head" or cockpit of the Changewing and prepared to sortie.
"So astrid when you gonna go out with a guy" asked Tuffnut as he was strapping in to his Changewing.
"I'll think about it after the war" said Astrid.
"Ohh she's thinking about that Haddock boy she meet 3 years ago, probably saving herself for him instead of Eret" said Ruffnut.
"Oh shut up Ruff. I don't even like Eret. Besides we're lauching in 5"
