Prologue – A New Chaldea

Chaldea Security Organization was once a secret organization dedicated to preservation of the Human Race, as such they have been given a large amount of Intellectual and financial resources that allowed them to utilize and innovate modern Technology and Magecraft that is to be used in the preservation of Humanity as the founders of Humanity were able to conclude that someday they will face an event which will lead to its extinction.

Among those were the CHALDEAS, a machine capable of providing a complete simulation of the past, present, and future of Earth, the Guardian Heroic Spirit Summoning System known as FATE, which allows Chaldea to summon and weaponize the legends of various known historical, mythological and fictional figures turning them into 'Servants'.

Though they initially went off in a rough start, with the death of their current director and daughter of the Founder Olga Marie Animusphere alongside the deaths of 46 Masters that are meant to investigate one of the first singularities that could threaten the fate of humanity, with the remaining ones continued the mission of Chaldea as both of them, namely Ritsuka Fujimaru the 48th and last Master who was not present during the incident that led to the death of the 56 other Masters, and Shiori Hashimoto, the 57th Master who was sent in the medical bay at the time when it all happened.

The two of them alongside Mash Kyrielite, a former Team A member and the first successful result of Chaldea's Demi-Servant Project, went across time and space and eventually stopped the threat which is to stop the The Demon God King, Goetia who attempted to create a world without death in an attempt to help mankind believing it will make them happy and prosperous despite the fact that it will leave mankind in a state of stagnation.

But after they finished and rest after facing that crisis, they were greeted by another great crisis.

The first seven masters that were selected by the founder Marisbury himself as the Team A became Crypters, Apocryphal Leaders with a mission to erase Pan-Human History and revert it back to the state of the Age of Gods. By utilizing the Lostbelts, a separate timeline where mankind has failed to recover from a disaster and attempts to create a new world in this timeline which will lead to the erasure of Pan-Human History.

But much like the crisis with Goetia, they two have succeeded and finished the crisis. However the cost of it was the complete destruction of Chaldea as a whole, with their former base of operations destroyed, nearly 95% of their staff have been killed leaving only a handful that survived.

It has been a year since all that had been finished, and five figures stood in front of a massive base in the middle of the Arctic, where the first Chaldea was built and destroyed.

One of them, a man in his early 20s with messy black hair and blue eyes, he is known as Ritsuka Fujimaru, now promoted as the First Master of Chaldea for his efforts, spoke quietly.

"It's beautiful," He commented as the cold artic winds flew past their heavy winter coats. "Though it's different from the first, this one is just amazing."

The One who stood beside him, a woman the same age as he was with short auburn hair done in a side ponytail and light brown eyes, she is known as Shiori Hashimoto, who is currently the Second Master of Chaldea for similar reasons, giggled at her partner's amazement.

"Well we have a genius helping out the planning of course," She said as she eyed the older woman who was standing alongside them. A beautiful woman with long dark brown hair with soft blue eyes and unlike the others who wore a dark red and brown dress with a dark blue cape, this woman was none other than Leonardo Da Vinci, though she initially died during the Crypter attack in the first Chaldea she was summoned again as her old and usual Caster self.

The said woman simply giggled and shrugged, the other girl beside her, however, who was in her late teens with short light purple hair and wore the same artic clothing that Ritsuka and Shiori wore. Her name was Mash Kyrielite, who is currently the assistant of both Ritsuka and Shiori, both of whom are her seniors and in battle, she is also a Shielder Servant willing to defend them.

"But don't you think it's a bit too much?" Mash comments, since if the Old one is compared to the newly built Base, as it was notably bigger than the last one.

"Don't worry," The fifth figure smiled at them as he observed the base with a kind and warm smile, the man was in his 30s with tanned skin and long white hair done in a very familiar ponytail and light brown eyes.

And unlike Mash, Ritsuka, and Shiori, the man simply wore the uniform of the first Chaldea's Medical Ward, officially he is known as King Solomon, the King of Magic as well as Marisbury's Former Servant and close friend, but to the four alongside several others he is called as Romani Archaman, the former head of Chaldea's Medical Ward as well as a close friend to the survivors of the Old Chaldea. After finally discovering away to bring him back after his sacrifice to defeat Goetia, he had finally returned as a Caster Servant, however, his memories are mixed as he has yet to remember all of it prior to his supposed death. But that didn't stop them from befriending him and starting over despite his missing memories.

"We'll be able to manage," He smiled and turned to them. "After all, once we finally begin operations there's going to be a lot of servants that will come and accommodate for that after all."

"That's true," Leonardo giggled walking towards them with a confident smile. "Just like before, no matter what will happen, we'll be prepared Romani, Sherlock and I will make sure of that."

"In that case," Ritsuka smiled. "We'll look forward to this."

"I couldn't agree more right Mash?" Shiori agreed while flashing a knowing grin at their junior.

"That's right." Mash nodded. "I have a feeling we're going to have a great start, unlike before.

"Let's go then," Da Vinci smiled as she pushed Solomon and nodded to the three youths as they walk towards the newly rebuilt Base. "We have some stuff that needs to be finished."

"Ugh oh yeah," Shiori slumped her shoulders as she recalled the monumental amounts of paperwork that She, Ritsuka, Gordorf Musik, the appointed Director of Chaldea though in name only as he is only in charge of handling most of the legal paperwork alongside with a few handful others. "Then those five new Masters that we have to orientate."

"How come we only managed to get only get new five candidates?" Mash asked Solomon, who was being dragged away by Da Vinci. "When the first one had more."

"That's because we're still processing the rest," He answered as they approached the entrance.

Ritsuka was about to follow after them but he noticed his right hand, where his command seal was usually placed in, started shaking. This was not from the cold, but from something else, he frowned and clenched his fist and buried it in his pocket as he followed after them. His hand had started acting like that since the Crypter threat had ended it was probably just his nerves just acting up.
