Prompt: (133) The End of The World
Character/s: Teddy Lupin, Ginny Potter nee Weasley, James Sirius Potter II, Albus Severus Potter, Lily Luna Potter II
Lily let out a blood curdling scream as she opened her advent calendar.
"No!" She sobbed. Albus looked frantic.
"Not today, not today," He blubbered, pacing up and down the stairs.
"Oi Mum!" James called, much calmer than his siblings, "Can I go to Teddy's party tonight?"
"Why is Teddy holding a party?" Ginny frowned. James grinned.
"Cause the world ends tonight! It'll go till nine so we can be with our families when it ends," James nodded, explaining.
"I don't want the world to end!" Lily bawled.
"It's not ending!" Ginny snapped. Albus stared at her like she'd grown an extra head and was dancing a jig.
"But Teddy said so," He replied blankly, worried. Ginny rolled her eyes, "He's just joking. Don't take it seriously."
"Nah," James argued, "The Mayis – The Mooya – The – whatever – you - call them said so!"
"So you're gonna believe a bunch of dead muggles over your mother?" Ginny asked, raising an eyebrow.
"At least they don't make me eat my vegetables!" James yelled back. Ginny rolled her eyes.
"Really, James. That's all you could think of?" She teased.
"Is the world ending?" Lily demanded, wiping away tears.
"No!" Ginny snapped.
"So should I give back all the chocolate, food, money, books and WWW products that I, uh, 'borrowed'?" Albus stammered. Ginny glared at him.
"ALBUS SEVERUS POTTER!" She screamed. Albus jumped away from her, scared out of his wits.
"Yikes!" He yelped. Ginny sighed and put her hands on her hips, leaning over them all.
"Alright, let's call Teddy Lupin, and get this all sorted out," Ginny told them bossily.
"Not Teddy, he'll get into really big trouble!" James procrastinated. Ginny glared at him.
"It's Teddy or your father, James," Ginny cautioned. James' face fell.
"We'll take Teddy," Albus said quickly. Ginny nodded.
"I thought you might, Albus. Logic does seem to be your area or expertise."
