If I could choose a special power, I'd pick the ability to freeze time. Then I would stay by your side forever.
Instead I will savour each delicious moment left with you. Taste every inch of you. Commit your beautiful body to memory. As long as you're mine I will make you as ecstatic as you make me.
Since I met you, I've changed for the better. You have awakened hidden talents, now nothing seems impossible. The old awkward geeky Henry would never have danced or preformed a rap in front of an audience. And I must confess, while I won't be quitting accountancy performing felt pretty cool.
And I only danced to see that smile. Your intoxicating smile, the one I'd risk pain and ridicule to see.
Please never lose that smile or let anyone crush that spirit, least of all me, the man who loves you with all his heart.
And I do love you Betty, more than I imagined it was possible to love anyone. Given the choice I'd sooner walk through a burning building than leave you. But unfortunately there's no such choice.
But I still believe in us. Our love was meant to be. We fit together perfectly, like two pieces of a puzzle. We belong together and somehow we will be together. For I plan on coming back to you, even if it takes years.
