This is a series of short drabble-y pieces that I'm writing for the purpose of overcoming my many writer's blocks, to experiment, and to practise. I'm sorry for the inconsistency of my updating, but be warned that this series is not first priority.

Nothing Less
Rosa was the first one awake.
She found herself sprawled over her loungeroom floor, a crick in her neck and a blanket over her legs. Normally, she slept in a bed. But last night had been an exception; and exception spent with company.
Glancing around the room, she caught sight of her close friend and brother. Jellal was on his back on the couch, which was sure to be far more conformable than the floor. Erza, the infamous 'Fairy Queen' was also still sleeping, her snores filling the silence.
What made Rosa so happy was not that, however, but the fact that Erza had fallen asleep on the couch; with Jellal.
His arms were around her waist, holding her close and keeping her from falling off the couch. Rosa wondered when that had happened, as it had certainly not been before she, herself, fell asleep.
Following that train of thought further, Rosa also began to consider what else might have happened.
Quickly shaking that traumatizing thought from her head, Rosa observed what her plans and resulted in. It seemed that no matter how hard they tried, Erza and Jellal were bound to be together.
It was just a few seconds that Rosa saw this for, before she collapsed backwards and succumbed to sleep once more.
But in those few seconds, everything seemed perfect.
