Rory and her mom were in Lukes diner. She couldn't quit thinking about Jess. The way he looked, the way he dressed, or even the way he would do anything just to be with her. Then she thought of the day he left. she began to cry. She remembered the party. If she would've done what he wanted. If she would've understood, he would still be with her. But she just sat and cried. Lorelai spoke to her softly "Rory do you wanna go home?" Rory was able to say through her sobs "yeah" she cried as they walked home. Lorelai began to think of her problem and said "Rory, don't cry! Its his problem too. You just need to tell him before its too late." Rory looked down and knodded her head. when they reached the gilmore house. Rory just walked into her room and cried on her bed.
