"Lucy-imotou, how are you?" Loke asked sweetly as he welcomed his little sister home. Lucy smiled weakly.
"Onii-san..." She whispered before she hugged him tightly, tears flowing down from her eyes. "Please don't leave me..."
Loke smiled warmly, hugging his sister back. "Who said I'd leave you?"

Lucy sat there as she recalled what her brother said to her. Liar, she thought, I knew you'd leave me. Everyone else left her, why wouldn't her big brother? She couldn't help but sniffle as tears formed in her eyes. Another memory came up to her...

"Onii-chan... Are you okay?" Lucy asked as she held back her tears. Loke was lying on the hospital bed, looking as skinny as a skeleton. Loke looked at her and smiled through the pain he was feeling.
"I'm as good as ever." Liar. It was obvious to Lucy that he was lying. Loke reached for Lucy's hand and held it tightly. "Don't worry about me. I'll get better soon."

"Loke-nii... You really had a knack for lying didn't you?" She whispered out to the grave in front of her. Her voice was hoarse, as if she'd been screaming for days. Tears suddenly started flowing out as another memory came...

"Kiss it all better, I'm not ready to go... It's not your fault, love. You didn't know... You didn't know..." Lucy sang as her brother listened, smiling warmly at her.
"You have such a beautiful voice, Lucy-imotou." Loke praised. Lucy smiled at him, although tears were forming in both their eyes. She knew it would happen sooner or later, but she wanted it to happen later more. Or better yet, never. The mere thought of her brother going away brought pain to her heart.
"Loke-nii..." She finally said his name. Loke smiled brightly.
"It's been a long time since I heard you say my name..." He chuckled. Lucy just smiled, holding his hand tightly. Loke sighed.
"Hey, Lucy-imotou..."
"Yes?"
"From now on, call me Loke-nii, okay?" She nodded her head. She watched as Loke smiled his brightest smile and slowly closed his eyes.
"I love you.. Lucy..." Was his final words before his heart finally gave up. Lucy couldn't hold it in anymore. She burst out crying. He was gone... Her brother... Her best friend... Her only family...
"I love you, too, Loke-nii..."

"Loke-nii..." She sobbed. "I miss you so much... Please come back..." But she knew it was impossible. She cried harder as she recalled everything that had happened between them. All their fights. All their hang-outs. All their jamming sessions... They'd never be able to do that together ever again. And it broke her heart.
"Hey, Loke-nii..." She said through sobs. "I love you."
