In Sickness and In Health
Hidan and Kakuzu were sent on a mission to retrieve a certain item in the village hidden in the mist. They both wee pissed about it and did not want to be together because they always fight every time they go on a mission. "This better go fucking fast"! Whined Hidan. "Will you shut up"! "Stop whining"! "We will get there when we get there". "Don' tell me to shut up dickface"! Yelled Hidan in a very angry tone. "This mission sucks ass", just like you"! Kakuzu turned around and death glared Hidan. "What was that"? Kakuzu asked in a don't piss me off tone. "Nothing"! "Jasin"! "Ok then, lets keep going", said Kakuzu. Hidan and Kakuzu wne throught this forest because it was the easiest way to get to the village hidden in the mist. "what the hell kind of forest is this"! Hidan Yelled. "They are flowers, Hidan", Kakuzu said in a you dumb kind of tone. "shut the fuck up, Kakuzu"! "I know that"! "Then why did you ask then", Kakuzu replied back. "Cause theses flowers don't look normal", Hidan Pointed out. "Whatever", Kakuzu said. "Dickface"! Yelled Hidan. Kakuzu was about to say something mean back, but the flowers started to glow a bright green. "Holy shit"! !lets get out of here! They ran and ran untill they say light. Before they got out the flowers started to move and attacked both Hidan and Kazuzu by scratching them with their thorns. They both grunted in pain for a second, but got over it. When they got out of the forest Hidan yelled. "What the hell just happened"! "Lets get the fuck away from this forest"! "Kakuzu! get your lazy ass and come on"! "I want to get this mission done with"! Nothing. Kakuzu did not say foul language or insults back at Hidan. Hidan was shocked by this and turned around to find Kakuzu on the ground panting very hard. "K-Kakuzu"? Hidan said in disbelief. He still didn't say anything. Hidan went toward his partner and shook him. "Kakuzu"! "Hey"! "is anybody there"? Still nothing, but a moan of pain from Kakuzu. Hidan got nervous. He felt Kakuzu's forehead and it was very hot. He removed his hand. He never seen Kakuzu this sick before. "What Happened"? Hidan thought for a sec. "The flowers"! "They were probably poisoned"! "I got struck too, but I'm immortal". Hidan was thing about leaving Kazuzu at first, but couldn't for some reason. He wanted to get this mission done so badly, but felt something with Kakuzu that made him not care about the mission. Hidan carried Kakuzu on his back to a tree and layed him down. Hidan had a water container because even immortals get thirsty. He wasn't thinking of himself for once and was thinking about Kakuzu. He grabbed a cloth out of Kakuzu's bag and drenched it in the water and put it on Kakuzu's forehead. He heard a soft moan from Kakuzu because of the cold touching his very hot forehead. Hidan also took of his mask so the breeze and brush hit face. "Why am I doing this", said Hidan to himself. "Do I have feelings for him? "No, I couldn't. "I don't have feelingsfor him, not those kinds of feelings". "I just care for him as a partner and a friend". He waited and waited some more, but fell asleep in the process.
In the morning, Kakuzu woke up and fluttered his eyes open. He stood up and say he was still by the forest. The was going to kill hidan. Then he say his cloth on the ground, hidan's water bottle, and Hidan on the ground sleeping. "That flower". "I remember the thorns scratch deep into my skin." "I guess I got - Kakuzu's eyes widned. H-Hidan took care of me…. He looked at the sleeping religious man and smiled. He still woozy and layed his had down by the tree. "I'll kill him some other time".
