Raph and the rest tell the Admiral their story. But what happens next? Can they truly escape the horrors from the island? Or will this experience haunt them forever?

This is a prequel to lord of the flies which uses the original characters Jack, Ralph, and Piggy. This story shows how they become the people that they are in the book. Taking a different approach than the original and giving more background about the characters.

Ralph is back in society, or what's left of it, far away from the island of savages. But does that really mean Jack is done with him that easily? Will adults even believe his story? Can he make Jack see what he's become? He might be doomed, if he didn't have help... Contains an OC but no pairing, and no Jalph. Warnings for mental illness, as well as (potentially intense) violence.

Ever since she was little, Nellie had been shy around boys. However, this all changes when she meets Ralph. After being stranded on an island, it seems like all hope is lost; it probably is... It soon becomes apparent that as the boys each fight for power, the are also fighting for her. A story of romance and betrayal.

I was required to write this for a school assignment, so I thought some of you might like this alternate chapter I wrote.

I woke up surrounded by grass. I was lying in the middle of an opening in a jungle. I sat up back quickly fell back because of the dizziness. I felt something warm around my waist and realized it was an arm. An arm attached to a boy with fair hair. I wondered who this boy was and how I got here but then I remembered. (Some suggestive themes)

Katee and Alex are sisters trapped on the island with boys. Alex dresses as a boy so no one knows, but the boys constantly give Katee special treatment. The two are ok at first, but as time goes on they're hopes grown lower and lower along with the rest and are forced to choose whether or not to go savage and lose their humanity. Ralph returns home and everything is supposed to be fine, but he has a hard time coming to terms with what happened on the island. (Rated T for referencing murder.)
