The White Shield Maiden of Rohan
Oh fair and beautiful,
So wild and spirited
Are you, the white lady of Rohan
So strong so brave
So loyal and true
So sad is your story Oh lady of Rohan
'Twas your fate to love one
Who could not love you back
You shed heavy tears
Like rain on the mountain side
For he loved another, whom he was destined to love forever
Sorrow became your domain
You who fought for your country and saved your love ones
You who is so steadfast and true
Went through the battle of men
And claimed an honor that no other men could
Did a deed that was so perilous
And seemed so impossible and not accomplishable
You slayed the Dark Witch King of Angmar
The wicked Lord of the Nazgûl
He fell upon your blade
And met his untimely end
Your blade struck clear and true
You brought down the wicked king
Which not many others could do
You, oh beautiful shield maiden
The brave white lady of Rohan
Will be known throught history
As the Lord of the Nazgûl's bane
You who thirsted for honor
And to accomplish great deeds
Will be known through out history
As the brave, loyal ,and, true
