Souma's imitation pork

This is a recipe from the anime I wrote but you should be able to make it at home.

Roast Pork, Just Kidding

Recipe

Eringi Mushrooms

Potatoes

Thick Bacon Slices

Onions

Rosemary

Red wine

Sweet Sake

Soy Sauce

Butter

Steam potatoes until soft

Mince Eringi Mushrooms and Onions

Mash the potatoes with a mortar and pestle

Knead and Combine the Mashed Potato with the Eringi Mushroom and Onions

Wrap in Thick Slices of Bacon and use a kite string to fasten Rosemary and hold together

Roast till the slice of bacon gets crispy

For the sauce combine Red wine, Sweet sake, Soy sauce and Butter in a pan and keep it on the fire untill it's done

the sauce on top of the dish when you serve it.
