No matter what you may think of me Enjolras, I am not blind and the absinthe has yet to rob me of all my intelligence. I am not a drunken fool all of the time, my Statue, and I do on occasion pay attention.
I know what you and the others are planning, and you and I both know how it is all going to end. The path you are leading the others down leads straight to your graves. There is no future for any of you, bright or otherwise.
Surely with all your brilliance and lofty ideals you could think of a way to help the people without having to get yourselves killed in the process.
