Shattered

He walked into the gates of Konoha limping. Bruises and gashes were seen everywhere. Slipping in and out of consciousness, he made it to the person's house that mattered most to him. He knocked on the door softly while grunting in pain. The door swinged open to reveal the love of his life. "Sakura, I lov-," but he stopped as he saw another man in her house who only wore a towel wrapped around his waist. And that was all Uchiha Sasuke saw before giving into unconsciousness.
The moment Sakura saw Sasuke her heart shattered. She moved on from him, well so she thought. Deep down in Sakura's heart, she knew that she still loved him, that's why she broke up with Keitaro and why she's sitting down next to him in the hospital.
Three months passed and there was no news about Sasuke's health. He was currently in a coma but Sakura stayed next to him with the occasional visits of Naruto and Kakashi.
The sound of the beeps from the machine caught the attention of Sakura and the nurses. She was asked to leave the room, which she did with wide shocked eyes. She stood opposite the door with the same expression on her face but then she fell on the floor shaking with tears falling out of her eyes.
Dressed in all black, she walked up to the grave and traced the person's name with her finger. 'Sasuke Uchiha.' Tears streamed down her eyes as she hiccupped and coughed and cried out her lover's name.
"SASUKE!!"
