Title: Mad Scientist
Disclaimer: I don't own Discworld or House.
A/N: I don't know why I think of things like this. Or why I think of them at one in the morning. Anyway, please read and review!
"And if you do thith, thir, then he cometh right back."
"Amazing!" It was at this point, the electrical wires still attached to the (previously) dead body, that Wilson walked in.
"House, Cuddy sent me to find you. What are you doing in the morgue?" Here Wilson stopped, and registered the scene before him.
House was surrounded by all sorts of extremely complex glassware, several jars that were filled with suspiciously organic looking objects, and what appeared to be a cage of noses1. A very… mismatched man, who was hovering over what appeared to be a cadaver, accompanied him. "Ah, Wilson. We were just blurring the line between man and god. Care to join us?"
"In all fairneth, thir, he wath nearly warm when we got to him."
"What?"
"How silly of me! I forgot to introduce you. Wilson, this is Igor, a good man with a cadaver, or soon to be ex-cadaver, anyway. Really knows his way around a scalpel. Igor, this is Wilson, the boy wonder."
"Nith to meet you, thir."
"Yes… nice to meet you." House suspected Wilson had gone into shock. Well, the whole mad scientist thing was new to him, too.
"Wilson," House said, "How about we get started on that whole taking over the world thing. Can't do it without you, after all."
1 They were, indeed, noses, part of an experimental transplant method. Igor assured him later that the arms and legs withered away once they were attached to a face.
