Author's Note: Hey, guys! I've been gone for what feels like forever. School has been absolutely insane, and I only have time now that there's just two weeks left of it. XD I'm still working on my stories, but I can't promise when any of them will actually be updated.
Anyway, I've expanded into songwriting, now! I absolutely adore Adrisaurus and her music, and she inspired me to try my hand at it all myself. A long, long while back I found a direct English translation made by an awesome person on DeviantArt and I decided I wanted to make my own version that flowed and stayed true to the imagery and themes and devices of the original. I'd seen a couple covers on YouTube, but I was disappointed by the way they specifically tailored the song to Hershel/Claire even though I think it could be interpreted multiple ways and that's part of what makes it great. Thus, I wrote my own. :D
I've actually had this written for over a year, now, but I've been making little changes to it for a while. I never actually recorded it until a few weeks ago when I just forced myself to sit down and do it. Then today I worked on the drawing used in my video and finished it.

As time passes by and a new year come again
History and future cycle steadily through life
While they fade away days slip by and they are lost, but
I hold tightly to this warmth and these wondrous memories
The world keeps moving forward, and everything will change
Emotions, joy, and sorrow ebb and flow endlessly
