Title: A New Dawn
Description: (futurefic) Lois and Clark have stood together through devious foes and crazy meteor freaks, now face the toughest challenge of their lives, raising teenagers with super abilities. As the next generation of Super heros step into their roles what enemies will emerge to stand in their path
Disclaimer: I do not own Smallville or any of its beloved characters. The characters of Lucy and Aiden Kent, along with all their super hero buddies are of my creative making.
Author's Note: So I haven't written in ages but I've had this idea stuck in my head for ages after reading a few great Smallville fic's were Lois and Clark have a child. I just loved the idea of Lois and Clark dealing with their own little future super heroes during those awkward and hard teenage years. So with that I bring you a small preview (my general chapters are usually much longer than this small glimpse) of what I had in mind. If you like it let me know, I'll continue. Also if you have an ideas on a title, I'm open to suggestions.
The clash of metal, the smell of burning rubber, and the saves practically over before it even started.
From the ground all you can see is a blur of red, blue, and black from the two forms, as they zig and zag through the air. The now saved citizens of Metropolis cheered as the plan is caught and place safely on the ground before it can take out The Daily Planet.
Used to their daily saves by their favorite neighborhood Superman the crowds below can't help but be bit a bit surprised by the two figure that don't seem to match the usual red and blue of their favorite superhero.
With a small clink, as high heeled boots meet metal, a young girl lands on a balcony of a Metropolis high rise. She's dressed in almost all black leather, she has her mother's old closet to thank for her inspiration, with the exception of the red boots and blue family crest on her chest. A black mask covers the line across her blue eyes and her brown curls fall perfectly down her shoulders as she pushes open the doors to a bedroom, that's decorated perfectly for a young teenage girl, but she stops dead in her track at the sight of a looming figure in her door frame.
"Busted," She muttered just before a young man dressed in a similar fashion came colliding in behind her as he made his way to land on the balcony behind her.
"Watch it sis." He said as he caught himself and stood up right to see what his sister was looking at. "Ah shit." He said without thinking.
Clark Kent passed through the door way with a stern look on his face. With his jaw clenched tightly it was clear he was so mad in this moment, he probably couldn't speak.
The young girl smiled an innocent smile that would have had almost anyone fooled into believing just that, that she was innocent as can be. "Hi Daddy." She said sweetly.
