Masashi Kishimoto owns anything related to Naruto.

If you know the Akatsuki, you know they are good at three things. One, not being able to catch Naruto. Two, being evil. Lastly, being batshit insane. To really know the Akatsuki, you had to travel to their secret lair. Second step, survive. Kakuzu has accomplished these requirements and noticed some unique things about his teammates. Like how Deidara hates soggy cereal, Zetsu is a flower pimp and how to escape yaoi pairings (he was still working on this one but Pein figured the secret out). Apparently absolutely hating his associate wasn't enough. Today Kakuzu discovered something very unique about his comrades. Something he could use to his advantage...

Per usual it was rainy outside and everyone was inside passing the time. Tobi suggested they played go fish and everyone hesitantly agreed. That's when Kakuzu noticed his comrades' powers. They were truly good at cheating. If it wasn't for Hidan's vocal chords functioning Kakuzu would have caught them earlier. After catching a few people he noticed Hidan cheating and Kakuzu slapped himself, amazed by the fact that Hidan could pull a fast one. Once he found out about their amazing gifts he reported to Pein immediately, demanding he financed a trip to the nearest casino.
"Why," Pein asked trying to look all evil in his black leather swivel chair. Over compensating much?
"As treasurer I see a valuable finical opportunity presented to us. I feel as if we need to take it," Kakuzu answered firmly.
"What do you plan on doing," Pein asked.
"Why cheat of course. I have plans for each team. All I need is some money and I can triple it."
"I hope you know what you are doing."
"Trust me. Am I the type to gamble away valuable money?"
"Mhmm. Will you be requiring any assistance from Konan or myself."
"No, too many operatives will ruin the sting."
"Good."
"Thank you leader."
"I sincerely hope you know what you are doing."

Author's note: Yep it's short because it's the intro. Deal. The following chapters will get longer. Anonymous reviews are on.
