For whatever reason,

I don't know what to do,

I don't know what love is,

And I don't know if you do.

There is something I know,

Deep inside your heart,

That is not that same,

As the shell that you cart.

Your inner demon is forming,

Yet it is my job,

To catch you in the act,

While my inners sob.

So conflicting yet simple,

To the average man,

That the murders are unjustified,

Well that average is damn.

For I am not average,

I know that you see,

That I look at you that way,

I just want us to be.

Why did you kill?

But then we wouldn't have met,

What is the world telling me?

Is my destiny set?

To have you in bars,

In chains and in pain,

Rotting away where I can't see you,

Nothing is to gain.

But what about the lives?

That you have ended and soon will,

Have suicidal or dead,

Your obsession to kill.

I know I have said my opinion,

That Kira is wrong,

But that is what I have learned,

That is an old song.

I thought that all then,

While staring into your hazel eyes,

But now I see only red,

No strength for goodbyes.

You have killed me now,

And laughed on my grave,

But still my only wish,

Is for your soul to be saved.
