Item #: SCP-96-A

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: Making eye contact with the SCP should be avoided by the Security Personnel at all cost. That is their first priority during the event of a containment breach. SCP-96-A is to be contained in a double-locked concrete cube room. Due to its hostile nature, SCP-96-A must be forced to wear a straight jacket, blindfolded with an eyeless helmet, and with both a remote and sensory-type shock collar that will immediately incapacitate the SCP when activated. Two automated turrets are both attached into the sides of the exit door. The room is divided into three areas: white, yellow, and red. The white area is located the center of room and SCP-96-A must stay there at all times, if the SCP enters the yellow area, the collar automatically activates, incapacitating the SCP, and when regaining conscious, he is given 10 seconds to go back to the white area before the collar reactivates; if the SCP manages to enter the red area, the two automated turrets will activate, killing the SCP. Only the SCP will be affected by this. Outside of the room are 6 more automated turrets and electric floors surrounding it, both should activate once SCP-96-A exits the room.

Security personnel are to enter the room every month to deliver food, water, and other need of SCP-96. Again, eye contact, is not allowed.

In the event of a containment breach, protocol-76C is to be enacted.

Description: SCP-96-A is a young Caucasian male with an unidentifiable age, and bearing unnatural purple eyes with a V-shaped symbol at the center. The Subject possesses a form of mind control through direct eye contact; the affected person will regain consciousness after fulfilling the command of the SCP, and he calls this "Geass". The subject's name is [DATA EXPUNGED] and reveals the he was responsible for the [DATA EXPUNGED], and according to him, those events dated back in [DATA EXPUNGED]

SCP-96-A is highly intelligent and manipulative, causing containment breaches and was solely responsible for the deaths of several agents attempting to recapture him. Despite high-level security, he was able to escape undetected several times. Because of this, there were several revisions of his containment procedure, and several other proposals which includes the immediate termination of the SCP.
