"She's here, bocchan."

Sebastian turned to look at his bocchan, who was fidgeting in his large seat.

"W-well, go greet her. I'll be down in a bit."
"Yes, bocchan."

Sebastian hurried downstairs, leaving Ciel with his thoughts.
His younger sister was staying with them for a year, and she was worse than Lizzy.
Okay, so Vannya wasn't ditzy or blonde or a glomper, but she was such a tomboy.
. . . . .Not to mention her accent due to spending too much time in America.
He sighed and stood up, then hesitantly made his way downstairs, where Vannya was talking to Sebastian about her trip.

"I see, so it was interesting."
"Yeah, interesting is tha word! It won' be good fer Ciel ta hear 'bout it, though. He's such a grouch."
". . . .I heard you."
"Hey, bro! Look what I brought back!"

Vannya grinned and held out a book with birds all over.

"What's that?"
"It's a field guide to American birds~! Ain't that cool!"
". . . .Yes. Sebastian, show her to her room."
"Later, later! I wanna talk to my big brother!"

Panda, as she was commonly called, pouted and poked Ciel's shoulder several times.
His eye twitched, but he didn't say anything.

"Fine. Ugh. . . ."

He slunk away from her as soon as she turned her attention to Finnian, who was taking her suitcase upstairs.
But he didn't succeed in getting far, because something black, purple, golden and human shaped pinned him to the floor.

"Huh?!"

Ciel tried to turn around, having a bad feeling of who it was.

Please, please, please don't let it be Alois!

"Hi Ciel, d'jya miss me~?"

Alois giggled and turned him over, sticking out his tongue playfully.
Panda rushed over and looked at them.

"Who're you?"

They asked in unison, blinking at each other.

"I'm Vannya Phantomhive, his little sis. I ain't seen ya before."

Alois gave Ciel a look, but he rolled his eyes and turned away.

"I'm Earl Trancy, but call me Alois. Ciel. . . . Is mine."
"Wow, real life yaoi pairings~! Ain't that cute~!"
"What does 'ain't' mean . . .?"
"Means isn't that. Anyway. . . ."
"I'll talk to you later, you seem interesting~. Right now I'm going to take some time with Ciel. . . ."
"A'ight, talk to me anytime!"

Vannya disappeared somewhere upstairs, and Alois turned back to Ciel.

"Is that really your sister?"
"Yes."
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Because I was afraid you'd get together and prank me."
"Ciel-chan, that's actually a good idea~~!"

Alois winked at him and stood up.

"I'm coming back later, okay~?"
"Never, Trancy. Just. . . . stay there in your web or whatever!"
"I'll be back, Ciel-chan~. . . ."
"What have I done. . . ."

Ciel sighed and buried his face in his hands.
This was going to be a long, long year.
