His Thief of a Wife

'Daiyu smirked to herself as he creeper down the hall way. So far her distraction was working well. Once again she was going to gather her spoils. She slipped into the room with ease and walked towards the vault. The thief stood in front and rolled her eyes.

"A big lock... Really?" she reached into her head band and pulled out her lock picks. But before she could do anything she head what sounded like a chain flying through the air. It was to late for her to dodge. In moments the chained sickle was wrapped around her tightly and stuck into a pillar.

'What the!? No one should be here!' her heart pound fast in her chest as she followed the chain towards it's owner. But it was hard to see him. There was little light where he was standing. He stood in the shadows to hide from her line of sight.

"My my... Looks like I cough a little mouse." Daiyu glared as he walked towards her. The chain loosened and then tightened as he walked towards her. In moments he was in front of her, and like always she had to strain her neck to look up at him. Of course as her eyes traveled up to his face she took in what he wore.

'Leather armor. Light on his feet. Lightly armored, not a warrior. A chain weapon... Unique and maneuverable. Purple clothes. Full of himself. Praises his talent.' she growled a bit. "A strategist." she stated. "You shouldn't be here. This house doesn't have one." she stated. He smirked. She figured him out faster then he gave her credit for. In truth, had the lord of this Castle hadn't hired him, he would have been robbed blind. She was... Interesting.

"The lord here had caught wind of your... Little plan. He hired me to put a stop to you." He looked her up and down slightly. She didn't like that. The way his eyes slide over her body. "Many think your a man... But here you are. A woman." He couldn't help but be impressed with her. But be didn't want the chase to end so easily. With that a window latch had been open from up above and a rope dropped down.

"Daiyu, come on!" Zhlian called. Daiyu panicked. If she didn't get out of this chain... Jia Xu looked up and saw the other woman.

"So that's how you where going to get out." Slowly he let the chain drop around her feet. "Jia Xu. It's a pleasure to meet you Daiyu." Daiyu started to climb up the rope. Disregarding his introduction. Her eyes darted towards him and she watched his shadow left. 'I was... Caught...' she thought. With in a few seconds she got out.

"Daiyu? Who was that?" she asked. Daiyu didn't look to her right hand man when she answer.

"... No one. Let's go." With that Zhilan shoot the signal. She was going to have to be more careful.'
