Just a little something I had to write. I like it myself; it's simple and quite sad.
I don't own Ghost Hunt, but the campaign is ongoing.
It started with a car accident.
He'd come to Japan, and crashed into her life.
She'd hated him, but learned to love him. He'd never hated her, but she'd annoyed him with her endless questions.
Still, he learned to love her.
So many times they'd argued, and fought, yet every time the emotion fuelling the passionate debate wasn't hatred.
He found what he was looking for, and left her.
She confessed, and he rejected her.
Later, he returned, and they began again.
She saved his life on a case.
A date.
Their first kiss.
Their first night together.
A proposal.
A wedding.
Two children.
One sunny morning, he'd smiled at her briefly from outside as he parked the car after picking up some eggs for their eldest child's birthday cake. She'd held the youngest, still a toddler on her hip and pushed open the window to call to him.
He'd dropped the bag and bent down to pick it up, but a loose egg ran into the road.
It ended with a car accident.
Review please. Argh I think I'm gonna cry (sniff) I'm listening to the slaw version of "we're in heaven" so the tears are coming.
