Chapter 1: Losing You

It was a cool summer night for a young child, shivering outside the place that he used to call home, a place where he was loved, & cared about, by his family, what he would give just for things to go back to the way they were.

The way things were before he made the worst mistake of his entire life, the lie that led him to where he is right now.

It all started when Lynn Jr had a baseball game, & she wanted the entire family to come see her play, but Lincoln didn't want to, but she wouldn't have it, she forced him to go to her big game. Her team was on a winning streak, but that all ended after this game, she was so outraged over what happen, going so far as to blame Lincoln for ruining her game.

Calling him 'Bad Luck', which sparked an idea in his mind, which would become his biggest regret, he would spread the lie that he was bad luck, just so he could get some time alone, the thing he now wishes he never would be, alone.

His sisters started excluding him from all their activities, even the ones he liked going to, but it didn't stop there, the pets stayed away from him, like he was the walking plague.

Then, the worse happen, his own parents believed he was bad luck, & so, the entire family got together, & they all decided to kick him out of the house.

Lincoln admitted to the lie, saying he just wanted some alone time, but they didn't believe him, each, & every single one of them stated that things were better than ever since he left, every word that came out of their mouths felt like a punch to his heart.

Hes been outside for four days now, his mother leaves him meals by the backdoor, he would barely eat, or drink, & on the third day, he simple stop doing both, what was the point, he thought to himself.

Lincoln looked upon the house he used to call home, seeing most of the lights were turned off, it was almost time.

On the fourth morning, Lincoln came up with the idea to leave, just leave, but before he did that, he needed to get back inside the house, so he could get as much of his stuff packed.

He just had to wait for them to fall asleep, then he would break in, grab his things, & head over to Clydes, simple plan, "Operation Break in, & out, for Clydes house." he really hated his names for his plans, but now wasn't the time to nitpick, now he has to wait for the perfect time to strike.

Paying close attention to the house, & peeking through first floor windows to check for anybody inside, Lincoln thank god no one thought he was a robber, he doesn't need a criminal record at the age of eleven.

Lincoln crawled through the doggy door into the kitchen, he wanted to stop by the fridge for something to eat, but he knew time might not be something he has.

He tiptoed his way upstairs, careful to not make a peep, he just needed to head towards his room, & then, his thoughts stopped in its track at the sight of his bedroom door.

"They... they boarded it up." he spoke in a whisper, his voice cracking slightly at the sight, but he fought through, he needed to get behind the door, so that only leaves, "The vents" he thought outloud

He slowly crawled through the vents, hoping Lucy wasn't in here, "Jackpot." he found his way to his room, but again, his thoughts stopped in its track, "My room." he said, not caring if anyone heard him.

It was heartbreaking to see this, his bed was gone, his dresser was gone, all his things were packed up into boxes, & they were all labeled 'Bad Lucks Things', Lincoln tried his hardest to fight back his tears, a few slipping down his face.

Lincoln has tried to hate his family, but he couldn't do it, he could never hate them no matter what, he loved each, & every single one of them, but this... this was the all the proof that cemented the fact he tried to not believe, but this... it just proves what he feared, "They really don't love me."

Tears finally escape the boys eyes as his head lowered, wanting to take out all his anger, & sadness, onto his family, but he couldn't find it in him, the only thought on his head was to continue with his plan.

"I gotta do this now." he clinched his fist, wiping his tears with his other hand.

"I'll need some comics, flashlight, clothes. Man I wear a lot of orange." he realizes after shoving his clothing into this backpack, "And last, but not least, Bun-Bun." he held his stuff bunny, "I need you to do something Bun-Bun." Lincoln open his bedroom, well room, window open pushing his backpack out onto the grass, hoping the thud won't be heard.

He made his way back into the vents, & up the stairs, again, stopping in front of his younger sisters room. Lincoln slowly open the door slightly, peeking inside to see Lisa passed out in a pile of paperwork, & on the other side, Lily asleep in her crib.

"Hey there, Lily." Lincoln spoke in a whisper to his baby sister, standing over her crib, "You're gonna be the one I'll miss the most." taking a deep breath, Lincoln placed Bun-Bun next to Lily, "Bun-Bun, keep her safe, I'm trusting you with that."

Lily cuddled with the stuff bunny giggling in her sleep, Lincoln smiled looking down at his baby sister, sound asleep, "I love you, Lily." he kissed her forehead, & as he left the room, Lily mutter in her sleep, "Lincoln."

Staring up at the house he lived in his entire life, Lincoln let out a sigh picking up his pack, "I guess this goodbye." he started walking away from the house slowly, taking glances back at the house every few steps, as he walked into the night.

The house was barely in sight now, but he kept looking back at it, maybe this wasn't the best idea, he started to have regrets leaving, but he soldier on, just gotta make it to Clydes was the only thought on his mind.

It felt like a long walk to his best friends house, he had never walked alone in the night before, this is probably what Lucy dreams are like, he thought to himself.

Just gotta walk a bit further, & I'll be at Clydes, his thought was interrupted by the sound of gunshot going off close by.

Lincoln jumped in the air, in a panic, as he looked all around him, he could hear a someone running , & in the distance, he could see a man running towards Lincoln with a gun out.

Once the robber say the young child, he saw a hostage he could use in case the cops find him, he wasn't going back to prison.

Lincolns instincts kicked into overdrive, as his legs started running away from the man, but the sound of a gunshot being fired put the fear of god into Lincoln, as he felt unbearable pain running through him.

The young boy fell onto the sidewalk, his right leg had been shot, he was bleeding, he was going to die, was the only thought on Lincolns mind.

The robber picked up the bleeding child, "You're coming with me brat." he carried Lincoln over his shoulder, running towards a car parked close by, breaking into it, with a rock off the ground, & throwing Lincoln into the passenger seat.

"Just shut the hell up, & you won't be swimming with the fishes kid." he threaten Lincoln, as he hot wired the car, getting it to start, driving as fast as he could away from the crime scene.

"Wake up, kid!" Lincoln awoken to the pain of being slapped awake, he shook, letting out a painful groan, as he felt his right leg, it was sloppily bandaged up to stop the bleeding, he looked up to the man with the gun.

"Gotta keep my good luck charm alive, in case the pigs find me." he smirked pulling out a flask, taking a big swig.

This is my chance, Lincoln thought, his brain was still dizzy, but he saw the movies, if he could get the gun, he could stop this guy, be a hero, maybe then his family will want him back.

With what little strength Lincoln had left, & while the man was distracted drinking, Lincoln had grabbed the gun, aiming it at the mans chest, his hand twitching, his vision becoming burly

Lincoln pulled the trigger, shooting the man in the chest, "Jesus, fucking Christ!" the man yelled, before reaching for his gun, but Lincoln pulled the trigger again, even though he was shot, he wasn't going to stop, until this kid was dead.

"Fucking runt!" he screamed pulling out a knife, taking his hands off of the wheel, not giving a damn about the road, as the car started heading into the woods.

He tried to stab Lincoln, but missed, the pain of taking two shots was getting to him, he could feel death approaching, but he wasn't going alone.

On his second attempt to kill the kid, he had manged to hit his target, Lincoln screamed in agony as he felt the blade pierced his stomach.

There was blood coming out of his mouth, as he fired the gun, over, & over again, tears in his eyes, he screamed, even though he had used up all the bullets in the gun.

Then all of a sudden, the car came crashing into a large tree, Lincoln banged his head against the dashboard, his last sight was of the lifeless man, lean over the steering wheel, now being soaked in his blood.

Lincolns reopen his eyes, his vision was still blurry, but he could still make out the dead body before him, still lean over the now blood soaked steering wheel.

He had open the car door, & fell out of the vehicle, dropping to his knees, coughing up blood, he felt the pain in his entire body coming back to hit him like a truck carrying another truck, that was carrying a sacks of bricks.

Lincoln started to crawl away from the car, heading for a nearby tree, to rest against, sitting himself partway against the tree, Lincoln continue to cough up more blood.

He looked up at the barely morning sky, tears running down his face, his family would be waking up, dad, & mom, making breakfast, then waking the girls up, he started to cry out loudly, he didn't want to die, he had the rest of his life ahead of him.

Feeling his breathing slowing down, Lincoln collapse onto the ground, he rolled onto his back, he just wish he was back home, with his family, even if they didn't love him, he would give anything just to be with them.

"I'm sorry." he spoke to the sky, his voice was cracking, he wouldn't see his family ever again, his friends, his dreams, everything was going to be gone.

A bright light shined throughout the woods, Lincoln thought he was going to Heaven, but instead of an angel, there were two men in ropes, staring down at him, in horror, & gasp.

"We've found him." one of them said, getting down on his knee, to look at the dying child, "Dear, God." the other one said, as he looked back at the car, with the dead body in it.

"We must hurry, we can't let the Iron Fist die." he quickly picked Lincoln up, running back into the bright light, as the other one ran behind him.

The blinding light had vanish in an instant, leaving no trace of themselves, but only the wreckage, behind.

The ringing sounding through his head, woke up the father of the Loud house, he turned off his alarm, letting out a long yawn.

He took a deep breath, before gently shaking his wife awake, "Come on, honey." he let out another yawn.

"Five more minutes." she mumbled into her pillow, "Sounding like the kids now." he chuckled, as he grabbed some fresh clothes to wear for the day.

Rita sat up in bed, yawning loudly, "I'm gonna get breakfast ready." "I'll go see Lily." the two parents gave each other a kiss, before the husband left to prepare breakfast.

Rita gotten out of bed, she was too tired to get dressed, & besides, she doesn't have to work today, so she left her room just in her night gown, & slippers, as she made her way to her younger daughters room.

She notice the door was open a crack, probably Lisa, she always stayed up so late at night. Rita open the door fully to see Lisa passed out by her paperwork, "Lisa." Rita picked up her daughter, carrying her to her bed, & removing her glasses, tucking her in, & kissing her forehead.

The mother of the house walked over to the crib, see stopped in her tracks, seeing something that shouldn't be there, she rubbed her eyes, & looked back into the crib. Her eyes hadn't deceived her, it was Lincolns stuff bunny, "Lily, why do you have Bun-Bun?" she asked out loud, as she tried to reach for the stuff toy, only for Lily to pull it closer to her, "Mine." she glared at her mother.

"Lily?" she looked shock at her youngest daughter, she has never acted like this before. "Lincoln." she thought out loud, picking up Lily, whom hadn't let go of Bun-Bun, she ran downstairs, with her baby in her arms, she had reached the kitchen, sitting Lily in her high chair, before walking out the backdoor.

She was hit with a cold breeze, sending shivers up her spine, "Lincoln?" she asked looking for her son, but no respond, & no sight of the white hair child.

"Lincoln?" she asked again, walking around the backyard, "Lincoln!?" she shouted, "This isn't funny, young man! Get out here right now, or else you'll be grounded."

After she said that last bit, she felt stupid, why would he fear being grounded if he's already being forced to stay outside.

Stay outside... the thought rushed to her mind, her, along with the entire family, made him stay outside, treated him worse than a stray animal for fucks sake.

"Lincoln!?" she yelled, panic filling her voice, as she ran all around the house, not seeing him anywhere, she quickly rushed back inside the house, startling her husband.

"Rita, what's wrong?" he asked, seeing his wife look like she's about to break down, "Lincoln isn't outside." she was shaking, tears close to falling from her eyes.

"Maybe he got back inside the house, he's probably in his room." Lynn tried to assure his wife, as the two walked upstairs to the boarded up door.

"It's still intact." his wife said, she was shaking more, her voice choking up, "Maybe he got in through the vents, Lucy does it all the time." Lynn got out some tools to remove the boards from the door, only to be interrupted by the voice of their oldest daughter.

"What's going on?" she asked, seeing her parents, now noticing they were removing the boards on Lincolns room.

"You're literally doing this?" she crossed her arms, "We boarded that room up so his bad luck couldn't ruin our lives."

"Lori, not now!" her mother yelled at her, Lori was taken aback by this, it was rare of her mother to yell, or be angry, "Go back to your room, now." Lori quickly followed her mothers orders.

"Oh, God, I scared her." Rita had tears running down her face, putting her hand over her mouth, as her husband removed the final board, "Rita, it's gonna be okay, you two can talk after we get Lincoln." her husband stated opening the door, only to be face to face with an empty room.

"Lincoln?" he walked into the room, looking around, hoping he was here, but the only thing he saw were boxes, the daughters had packed, but they were open, & he read the label, 'Bad Lucks Things', he felt a twinged of guilt hitting his heart, reading that.

"He isn't here." Rita was panting, as more tears ran down her face, she fell to her knees crying loudly, Lynn dropped to the ground to comfort his wife, "It'll be okay, we'll find him, we'll find him, Rita."

Lynn pulled out his cellphone dialing a number, "This is, 9-1-1, what is the state of your emergency?" asked the operator, "Our son has gone missing." the father almost yelled into the phone, but he kept his cool, "Can you give us your address?" "1216, Franklin Avenue, Royal Woods." "We'll have an officer there in a few minutes, please stand by."

After a few minutes, a cop car pulled up in front of the Loud House, to see Lynn, & Rita, standing by the front porch, "Officer Rand, can you please tell me what happen." the cop introduced himself, "Our son is missing." "Any info on where he might've gone off to?" he took out a notepad, & a pen.

"Um... there's his friends place, Clyde McBride, they live a few blocks away. There's also the arcade, & Flips, he hangs around there often." the officer nodded, writing this down, "What does he look like?" "White hair, chipped tooth, orange shirt, freckles." Rita spoke, every word bringing out more tears.

"I'll try looking around town, white hair should be easy to find." the father didn't reply, he was too distraught comforting his devastated wife.

"I'll let you know when I find something." Officer Rand took his leave, as the two parents walked back inside the house.

They were unaware that they weren't alone, a certain black hair child had heard it all, fighting back her tears, she made it back to her shared bedroom.

Tears threatening to leave her eyes as she started to shake, her big brother was gone, missing, not here, she looked over to her older sister, her roommate, Lynn, anger filling the young girl, making her way to her snoring roommate.

"This all started with you." she said clinching her fist, she remember back to when Lynn had threaten Lincoln to come to her big game, only for her to lose, & blame him for it.

Lucy started to shake her roommate awake, "Wake up." she raised her voice, as Lynn slowly sat up, yawning loudly, "Lucy?" she asked, before looking at the time on her clock.

"Why did you wake me up?" Lucy looked at her sister with sadness, & anger, taking over her, "It's your fault." she said in a whisper, her voice was choking up.

"Huh?" Lynn was confused, what was she on about.

"It's your fault he's gone." she had started to cry now, concerning Lynn, whom gotten out of her bed, standing in front of her younger sister.

"Lucy, what happen? Who's gone?" she asked her roommate, wanting to know what the hell is she talking about.

She was got off guard when Lucy smacked her in the face, making the athlete take a step back, rubbing her red cheek, with a tiny hand print on it.

"What the hell!" she yelled at her sister, she was pissed off now, but that anger passed when she noticed the stream of tears running down Lucys face.

"Lucy?" she reached for her sister, only to have her hand smacked away.

"He's gone, he's gone because of you!" she shouted at her older sister

All the shouting had gotten the attention of the other sisters, Lori opened the door, the girls all saw something they had never seen before, Lucy was crying.

"Lynn! What did you do!?" Luna yelled, accusing Lynn of making Lucy cry.

"I didn't do anything!" Lynn yelled back at her older sister, "She woke me up, saying 'He's gone'!"

"Who's gone?" Leni asked, the other sisters had a confused look on their faces, all except Lisa, she knew who Lucy was talking about.

"Lincolns gone." Lucy spoke in sobs, "I heard mom, & dad, talking to a police officer."

"That's it?" Lynn asked, "Bad lucks finally gone. I'm going back to bed." she said jumping back into her bed, not noticing the angry glares she was receiving from some of her sisters.

Luna was not having this, she walked over to Lynn, & yanked her off the bed, "What the hell is wrong with you!? Our little brother is missing!"

"Like I care! Now that he's gone, I'll never lose another game." she crossed her arms, glaring back at Luna.

"You little bitch!" she charged at Lynn, punching her right in the face, the two sisters started to beat the shit outta of each other, until their parents ran upstairs to stop them.

"Girls!" the father shouted, getting everyones attention.

All the girls looked upon their parents, & Lily in their mothers arms, their faces told it all, both of their eyes were red, & watery, their mother still had tears running down her face, & Lily was holding Bun-Bun with an iron grip.

"Where's Linky?" Leni asked, she didn't want to believe what was really going on, hoping it was all a nightmare, or the worse prank ever.

"We've got the police looking for him." their father replied, hearing that broke Lenis heart, she ran straight to hers, & Loris, rooms crying loudly, slamming the door so hard it shook the house.

The room feel into silence, only the noise of Lenis crying filled the house, that was usually loud.

Lincoln jerked wide awake, screaming, he panted trying to get his breath, but it was quickly taken away once he started to look around him, he had no idea where he was.

"What the?" he pulled the blanket off of him, only to see that he was naked.

"What the hell!?" he shouted, quickly covering himself back up, his face turning a light shade of red, as he saw a orange robe, & other clothing, folded next to him.

"Ah, I see you are awake." a bald monk stood in front of the door, scaring the shit out of Lincoln.

"Oh, my bad young one." he raised his right hand towards the child, "I mean you no harm. I am only here to check up on you. Once I heard you screaming, I assume you were awake."

Lincoln continue to stare at the monk, uncertain of what to even say.

"Hmm... you're probably wondering where you are?" Lincoln nodded slowly.

"All will be explain to you in due time, dear child. First I would like you to get dress, I will await for you outside your room. Please do not keep me waiting." he said before exiting the room.

Giving his clothes another look, Lincoln quickly got dress, finding the orange robe slightly comfortable, "Orange really is my colour." he said to himself, before leaving the room.

"Now, follow me, young one. The Grand Elder has been wanting to see you for a long time now." the monk said walking in front of Lincoln, through a long hallway, with multiple doors on both sides.

"Um... what's your name?" Lincoln asked, "Where are my manners, my name is Samuel." he turned around to bow at Lincoln, before continuing on his path.

The hallway seems to go on forever, it felt like they have been walking for hours, without even seeing a single soul, every door seemed to look the same, the only source of light appears to be the torches lined down the hall.

"What is this place?" Lincoln asked, he wanted answers now, "Please have patience." he said without looking back at Lincoln, "All will be explain in due time."

The two came face to face with a large wooden door, with a large golden dragon carved in the doors, it looked amazing thought Lincoln, as the doors open.

An elderly man with a long white beard, he was just sitting down looking down at the pond before him, a smile on his face as he watched the fishes swim, he seem so peaceful, like the living embodiment of peace.

"Hello there, Lincoln." the elderly man said not even looking up at the monk, or Lincoln.

"You may leave us now, Samuel." he waved with his left hand, Samuel nodded, before leaving the room.

"Well, you gonna stand there all day, or you gonna come over here." he finally looked over towards the boy, "Don't fear, I don't bite, & neither do the fishes." he chuckle a bit returning to look down at the pond.

Lincoln walked over towards the pond, sitting down opposite to the old man, "Go ahead, ask your questions." he said pouring himself a cup of tea, "Want some?" he offered.

"No, I'm good, but thank you, mister." Lincoln replied, he had a pile of questions, he had no idea where to start.

"Where am I?" he asked, "You're in K'un-L'un." he replied, "What's K'un-L'un?" he asked more confused then he had started.

"It's where we are." he said, now pissing Lincoln off, "Just tell me what is this place!" Lincoln glared at the old geezer.

"Youth." he spoke with annoyance, "We're in the realm of K'un-L'un, one of the seven capital cities of Heaven." "Heaven!" Lincoln stood up, "I'm dead!?"

The memories started to flood back to him, he was kidnapped, shot, stabbed, & the last thing he remember was being taken by a monk, through a bright light.

Lincoln started to pat his body down, not feeling any pain, not even a tiny scratch on him, "Oh my God, I'm dead." Lincoln was panting hard, trying to control his breathing.

"No, you're not dead. You would've been if I had not force the portal open so my students could retrieve you." he took a sip from his cup.

"Wait, retrieve me?" "Yes, it was foretold by the scrolls of Light that a white haired child will face deaths door, & be saved, so he can one day defeat The Hand." he placed his cup down.

"The Hand? Scrolls of Light? What the hell is all of this!?" "Destiny." the old monk spoke, "Destiny has plans for you, great things will await you, Lincoln, but only if you allow them to greet you on this path."

"Allow me to show you what awaits you." he put his fist in the pond, taking a deep breath, a yellow light was emitting from the water, his fist was glowing.

"What?" Lincoln was astonish at the sight.

"This is the power of the Iron Fist, the secret power of K'un-L'un. I am the current Iron Fist, & you, will be my successor." he smiled looking at the boy with hopeful eyes.

"Me?" Lincoln was completely dumbfounded pointing at himself

"You." he pointed at the child with his glowing hand, "I will not force you down this path, like many before me, we chose it." he stared at his fist, as the light faded away.

"Although, you won't be able to leave." his face started to sadden

"What? What do you mean I won't be able to leave!?" Lincoln looked into the old mans eyes, all he found was sadness.

"The portal is meant to open once every 5-6 years." he lowered his head, "The Iron Fist can open it, but at a cost... it drains our life force. Just opening the gate took a couple years off of my remaining life."

Lincoln stared at the old man, 5-6 years, "You're telling me, I can't see my family? My friends? I'm stuck here?" Lincoln felt tears running down his face at the news.

"I know this is a lot to take in, & I am sorry for all of this." he looked up at Lincoln, "But you are here because of Destiny, you are meant to save not just this world, but all of them. You will be the Iron Fist, protector of K'un-L'un, destroyer of The Hand. Please, let me train you, Lincoln."

"I don't know. I just don't know." Lincoln stared into the pond, it was like the weight of the world was on his shoulders, he's only just a kid, how can he be this Iron Fist, he's just bad luck.

"Please, Lincoln." the old man begged, staring at the child

Seconds slowed down, seeming like hours, Lincoln was thinking everything over, it was like some sort of crazy dream, or something out of a fanfiction story, but this is real, it's all real. Lincoln looked down at his right hand.

"I'll do it. I'll become the Iron Fist." he looked back at the old man, a spark had been lit in the old monks eyes, "Then let's get you started." he smiled.

Things weren't looking so good at the Loud House, it's been hours since the police started looking for Lincoln, Lynn Sr had taken Vanzillia around town to look for his son, Rita had stayed at home to care for their children, & to wait for the cops to call.

Lori had texted everyone she knew to look for brother, Luan has called all her customers to keep an eye out for her brother, & Lisa was working on a device to track down Lincoln, to no success.

The other girls were taking it worse, Leni had stayed in her bed, crying her eyes out, Luna locked herself in the garage, Lucy refuses to leave the vents, the twins were staying in Lincolns room, & Lynn Jr was in her room, throwing her tennis ball against the wall.

Rita looked out the window, only for her eyes to catch the sight of a police car pulling up to her house, did they find him, she rushed to the door, seeing the officer carrying a backpack, her sons backpack.

"Oh, God." she started to cry staring at the backpack, but no Lincoln. "Where's my son!?" "I'm sorry, Mrs. Loud." Officer Rand looked down, "We found his backpack in a dumpster, it was ransacked, but it has your sons name on it." he handed the backpack to Rita.

"We also have other news. Is your husband here?" he asked, looking inside the house, "No, he's out looking for Lincoln." she hadn't look at the officer, she was staring at her sons bag.

"Well, we got a call from a store that had gotten rob late last night. A nearby camera had recorded the robber running away from the store, where he encounter a white haired child."

Rita felt like her heart shatter, "What?" she heard him clearly, but she didn't want to hear what he was going to say.

"He was armed, & shot your son, before taking him in a stolen vehicle. We're trying to find the man who kidnapped your son." Rita fallen to her knees crying loudly gripping her sons bag to her chest.

"We'll find him, Mrs. Loud." he said with determination heading back to his car.

The twins ran down the stairs, running towards their mother, "Mommy!" the girls yelled hugging their mother, all of three of them crying, "Where's Lincoln!?" Lana asked, "We saw the officer." Lola sniffled.

"It's gonna be okay, girls. They're gonna find him." their mother cried hugging her twin babies, "We just want Lincoln back!" their cried into their mothers chest.

All the crying had draw the attention of the other girls in the house, they all heard Leni let out an ear piercing shriek, running back into her room, Lynn Jr ran back to her room, slamming the door shut, Luna stormed back into the garage, drowning out the sound of her crying, with music, while the remaining sisters got into a group hug with their mother, & the twins.

The front door open, revealing the father of the house, his face drain of life, he had spent god knows how many hours looking for his son all over town, he didn't find a single trail of his missing son, he had failed, but he will go back out tomorrow, & the next day, & so on until his boy is back home.

He saw the living room, it was empty, a house usually filled with loud noises of joy, is now filled with sadness, the only sound being made in this house were the sobs coming from all his girls, & his wife.

Having zero energy in him, Lynn thought about ordering some pizza, he just didn't have the energy to cook right now.

The house phone started to ring, Lynn picked up the phone

"Hello? This is, Mr. Loud." "Yes, this is Officer Rand. I have some important news about your son." Lynn could hear the Officer voice had a hint of sadness in it, maybe he was just imagining it, he was tired.

"We found the car that the kidnapper had stolen, along with his deceased body in the drivers seat." Lynns eyes widen, but what about his son

"What about Lincoln!? Where's my son!?" Lynn was losing it, he needed to know where his son is.

"The scene, we had our team examine it." he let out a sigh, "The blood stains in the vehicle belongs to both the kidnapper, & your son, but he isn't here."

Lynn almost dropped the phone, he felt like the world was crushing down on him.

"We found more of your sons blood by a nearby tree, but that's where the trail ends. We have clue where your son is, but judging by the injuries, & amount of blood here belonging to your son... we may be looking for his... for his corpse."

"What?" Lynn heard everything, but it couldn't be true, "He's still out there, please find him." Lynn didn't realize he had tears running down his face, as he was almost yelling at the cop.

"He's alive! My son can't be dead!" he hadn't notice he was yelling, gaining the attention of the others in the house.

"Mr. Loud, please we're doing everything we can to find your son. In his condition, he couldn't have gotten far. There's no other hints of anyone else being here, so we doubt he was taken by someone else."

"Please... find him." Lynn wept, the phone shaking in his hand,

"We'll try. I'll call when we find something. Take care, Mr. Loud." Officer Rand hung up, leaving an emotional destroyed father, still holding the phone in his shaking hand.

"Lincoln." he said to himself, dropping the phone, letting it hit the floor, so he could lean over the kitchen counter, crying into his hands, unaware that his wife was standing behind him.

"Lynn..." she spoke quietly, Lynn took a deep breath, before turning to face his wife, she could see the grief in his eyes, drowning in the tears, he couldn't contain himself, Lynn wrapped his arms around his wife, crying onto her shoulder.

"They... they..." he couldn't say it, he didn't want to say that they were looking for their sons dead body now, just the thought was breaking his heart.

"Where's my baby, Lynn?" Rita asked, she was trying her hardest not to lose her shit, but she was on the edge, "Where's our son?" her voice finally choking up.

Taking the deepest breath of his life, Lynn looked in wife in the eyes, "They found the kidnapper, he was found dead, but Lincoln wasn't there."

Lynn Sr felt like someone was twisting a knife into his heart, "They believe... that maybe... they're looking for his body now." his voiced died at the last part, he couldn't look his wife in the eyes at that point.

Ritas eyes had lost all light, "No... no." she could barely breath, & her chest had started hurting, Rita put her hand over her chest, "Oh, God!" she fell to her knees, her chest was hurting more now, like she was having a heart-, her eyes widen.

"Lynn, call 9-1-1!" Rita yelled at her husband, Lynn rushed towards the phone, calling for an ambulance.

In the waiting room of the hospital, sat the Loud family, well almost all of them, their mother was being seen by a doctor, & their brother is still missing.

Lisa examine her siblings in the waiting room, "Sibling units, their is no need to fear. Our mother didn't have a heart attack, it was just a stress-induced cardiomyopathy due to the stress of our missing brother unit." she spoke in her usually lisp.

"How can you say that?" Luan asked, looking at her little genius sister, "No need to fear? We could've lost mom!" she shouted at Lisa, "We already lost Lincoln." after she said his name, Leni started crying loudly in Loris arms.

"Luan, don't yell at your sister." Lynn Sr scolded his daughter, "But she's the one who doesn't even care about our mom!?" Luan shouted at her dad, pointing at Lisa

Lisa sighed, fixing her glasses, "I do care, fourth eldest sister unit, but I know she will be physically alright, at least." she took off her glasses

"The news she received from our father unit was too much for her." she wiped the tears from her eyes, before placing her glasses back on.

"Wait, what news?" Luna asked, Lynn Sr gulped, only he, & his wife, should've knew about it. "Lisa, how much did you hear?" he asked his daughter

"I have all our phone calls, incoming, & outgoing, recorded." she took a deep breath, "I heard it all." her voice cracked at the end, she looked down at the tile floor.

"Heard what?" Lola asked, "What happen?" Lana looked at her dad, the other girls looked at their father, he couldn't face them, but he could feel their eyes on him.

"Girls..." he let out a tired sigh, "What is it, dad?" Lori asked, knowing it isn't going to be good, she tighten her hold on Leni

"Officer Rand found Lincolns kidnapper." he rubbed his balding head, "Did they find Lincoln!?" Lola jumped up in her seat

Lynn Sr raised his hand up, "Girls..." he looked up facing his daughters, tears in his eyes, he shook his head, defeated, "They didn't find him, &... they might be looking for his... for his..." the father finally broke, he couldn't say it.

Leni was bawling her eyes out onto her older sisters chest, the other sisters all cried, but not as loudly as Leni, the sound of crying was heard all throughout the hospital.

That was Chapter 1 of The Loud Defenders & I guess you figured out Lincoln will be the Iron Fist in this story, there's 1, who could the other 3 be, find out next time, maybe, idk.

I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this story.

The first two or so chapters will be just the prologue, before we get into the main shit

Each chapter after the prologue will follow one of the 4 Defenders, if you can guess who I have as each Defender, you win a digital cookie.

Thanks for reading this, probably don't expect an update soon, I'm mostly focusing mainly on my Super Lincoln story.

Anyway, thanks for reading, review if you like it, or hate it, any review is a good review. Like, Fav, Flip it off, whatever you want to do.

Bye.
