It was an unusual thing to see in the Capitol. Never-the-less, the snow continued to drift from the sky. The twirling snowflakes sent the Capitol children into overdrive. the usually silent, quiet halls were filled with shrieks of delight.
Katniss watched various snowy activities from the safety of her bedroom window. It was the only innocent thing she'd ever seen these children do. She preferred to watch them play in the snow, than the re-enactments of the Hunger Games.
