As the ninja looked at the sky she heard the tremendous power from the kyuubi inside one of her dear comrades. She knew it was a message that she needed to use all her chakra to break the technique and destroy all the tailed beasts unleashed by the Akatsuki.
When her team went to look for Sasuke Uchiha, a lost comrade of another team in Konoha, she had meet some old friends willing to help their sister village against the final battle with Akatsuki, though they were very reluctant. The hokage had predicted this day to come soon, and she had warned her that whatever help the village needed, it had to be the wielders. It had to be someone hidden in reality, yet very much alive in the midst of a fight. Their ally had to be merciful in a battle that decides the fate of the world.
The only problem that laid in the ninja's mind was that if the leaf village would only be corporative with them. As she struggled to keep her chakra cutting through the powerful technique she only hoped that her plan would work, that her plan would succeed. Though when it comes to hope… her only chance for it to come through…is to fight.
Her mind raced with the possible outcomes of these next few days. Since The Great Fire, the two villages were in a war with hatred with no battles. The only object keeping the two in speaking terms was her. Hinata Hidan. She was the link between her father and mother, Hatred and Betrayal, Duty and love. If she was gone, then millions of lives would be lost… And to Hinata that just wasn't an option.

Now first of all I know that hinata's last name isn't Hidan in the show or manga. the point of view in my story if though hinata, so that should get some of you readers asking yourselves,
Why Is she calling herself Hinata Hyuuga
now second i know in japan they say their last name then first name, but i live in the states so my culture doesn't. (sorry i know i should but i am to lazy to fix it)
Now third this is a tribute to hinata, so i am not that sure i will have a pairing. haven't decided yet.
