I was watching a Brotherhood episode, and I noticed Winry's top when in Rush Valley, and this is what came from it

Edward could see why Winry had to get a top that…well, covered more. Even though it covered a lot more, he still didn't like the idea of guys drooling over her.
Other guys…
"Hey, Gear Head."
Winry dropped the drill she'd been using and quickly turned.
"Ed!" She ran to Ed, who opened his arms, grinning. Instead of giving him a hug, she gave him a wrench in the head.
"What the hell was that for?"
"Edward, you haven't written, called, or visited in months!"
"How is that so different from before? I'd go years without contact before."
"But you could use alchemy then! What if something happened to you?"
"I'm not a good-for-nothing! I know martial arts, too!" Edward yelled. Garfiel peeked into the garage and smiled to see Edward.
"And how would your martial arts do against a gun?"
"Please, nobody's trying to kill my anymore. Except you, anyway."
"I still worry!"
"I think I should be the one worrying about you!"
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"You should cover up more!"
Winry launched tool after tool at the now bleeding Elric. He knew saying that would put him in mortal danger, but he loved risks.
"What? I was only being protective, you stupid mechanic! Like I'd actually stare at you like that?"
"What's wrong with me?"
"Well…nothing, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't want guys staring at you!"
"And how would you know what I want? You're never around!" Winry yelled.
"I don't live here!"
"You don't live anywhere!"
"Yeah I do," Edward corrected, "I live in Resembool."
"Do not. You're too caught up in something you can't even do!"
"Yeah I do! Al and I are living with Granny."
"Well…Mr. Garfiel might let you stay."
"I wouldn't think you'd want me to. Unless you take pleasure in causing me pain, that is."
Winry sighed.
"I don't take pleasure in it, Ed. And who says I don't want you around?"
"Just the way you act." Edward shrugged.
"Well it would be nice to have you around for once."
"You know what I've noticed?" Edward asked with an evil grin.
"What?"
"You haven't once asked where Al was."
"Well I-"
"Don't you miss him, too?"
"Yeah but-"
"But what? Miss me more?"
"As if, you idiot!"
"Oh," Ed chuckled, "I'm the idiot?"
"Yeah, you are."
"How? I'm not the one who leaves my diary out in the open!"
"What did you just say?"
"Oh, I just love the customers here! It's so homey!" Edward mimicked.
"You…read my diary…"
"Only parts."
"Which parts?"
"The one I just quoted, stuff about home, and something really odd."
"What?" Edward could see the fire in her eyes…
"I think it was along the lines of 'Why did I fall for such an idiot? He never visits, and I can't help but think about him all the time.' I can't help to wonder who it was you were talking about."
"Nobody."
"Sure didn't sound like nobody. He was talked about a lot. What was his name? Edmund, Edwin? Or gasp, could it have been Edward?"
"You aren't the only Edward I know!"
"Really? Who's the other?" Edward took a step closer.
"Like I'd tell you." Edward kept stepping closer.
"that's because I'm the only Ed you know. And to back it up, it said Edward Elric."
"You weren't supposed to read that, damn it!"
"What, you expect me to make a move without knowing how you feel? Win, you know me. I'm a coward. If you'd told me sooner, I could've done this."
The gap between Edward and Winry was immediately closed, and Winry's eyes shot open in shock. Her knees were buckling, and Ed felt it. He put his arms around Winry's waist to hold her steady.
"I could go back to Granny's…or I could stay. Depends on what Garfiel says."
