Watching You
I looked at Harry with her normal, concerned expression. "You know, Harry, it is so dangerous for you to go around doing stuff like that. It is rather selfish of you to risk your life," I scolded. I should explain. Harry, Kayara, and I were triplets. Triplets had great power if all of them are alive. If one gets killed, the other two don't have special powers any more. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever." Harry shrugged me off.
"Honestly! You are so hard headed. In the United States, we had a word for someone like you, stubborn!" I stormed off to the girls' dorm. He is so irrational sometimes, I thought to myself.
When I reached the girls' dorm, I was all alone. Perfect, I thought. I pulled out a pendant from my trunk. The pendant was made of moonstone, a rare gem with magical qualities. I was very lucky to have one. I held the pendant in my hands and thought. I went into a trance, so as to calm myself. If you are out there, please tell me, I thought into the air. Someone answer, I begged mentally.
The window opened, and a breeze filled the room. It came around me like I was in a dream. I was lifted off my feet. I felt strangely calm for such a peculiar incident. I saw a face that reminded me of my mirror image. "I am always watching you. Don't be afraid," the shape said. I then was returned to my dorm. I felt now like there wasn't a thing in the world that could harm me……..
