The Horror

"Ms. Dr. P...Please!" Ron begged.

"Ronald, I'm sorry, but that fall Kim took strained her leg and she's not going to school. Cheer practice will have to wait."

"But you...you don't under-" Ron found himself talking to a closed door.

Maybe deciding that she might need time to understand had been in error...or waking her up at 4:30 AM with a power point presentation. Ron slumped. There was nothing left to do. Nothing but endure what was coming.

Bonnie wanted to hit Ron. Seriously hit him. How could he have failed? How could he have exposed them...them... to this?

Hope had buried her face in Liz's torso, sobbing. Marcella had fainted...perhaps that was kind. Bonnie couldn't faint. As much as she wanted to she couldn't. Nor could she look away from who was entering the Gym.

"Okay Ladies!" Barkin's foghorn voice filled the Gym. "Ms. Possible took a header fighting evil, so I'll be handling your Team Captain Duties today." Pausing, he tried to adjust his clothes and muttered, "How do they keep these skirts from riding up?"

The ever-loving End.
