Somewhere in Manhattan

Disclaimer: I don't Doctor Who. Jeez, go ahead and rub it in…

In Central Park…

Amy and Rory were having a picnic. Amy was writing her latest Amy Williams novel and leaning Rory's legs. Rory was fiddling with Amy's brilliant red hair and snacking on grapes. Suddenly a question left Rory's lips. A question that would make Amy stiffen and sit up and regard Rory.

"Do you miss him?" They never talked about "him" they agreed it was better that way.

"Sometimes." Amy admitted.

"But I made my choice a long time ago." Amy said looking into Rory's eyes.

"I love you." He stated simply.

"I love you too Centurion." They kissed and then pulled away and looked at the blue sky. And it was true. Amy missed him terribly. The action packed adventures, the far off worlds, his goofy smile, and his stupid bow tie. But she would trade that all for a lifetime with Rory, the man that waited 2000 years for her. Because not all the stars in the world could replace that.

"He's out there somewhere." He said looking into the sky.

"In his box. With Melody, or a new companion, discovering the wonders of the universe, saving millions of species." Rory said. He was cut off by Amy's lips crashing into his. And there they were, kissing, somewhere in Manhattan.
