Bill Weasley's thoughts and feelings concerning Fenrir Greyback and the night he was attacked. He feels so happy that people can see past the superficial. He may be scarred, but he's still whole.

Whole

Bill feels a sense of self-consciousness and horror when he is attacked by Fenrir Greyback. The scars litter his face, and when he wakes up in the hospital with his family standing over him, he doesn't know what to do. He's always been a handsome young lad, but now, his face is totally marred.

But when his beautiful fiancée, Fleur, tells him that she sees past the superficial and still loves him anyway, Bill cannot express how joyous he feels. His parents lavish attention upon him, and his brothers and little sister all are so relieved that he's okay. He thanks God that he has such a wonderful family as he recovers slowly from the attack.

A few days after he returns home, he looks at himself in the mirror. His face is a horrifying sight to see, but in time, he knows he will learn to accept it. He is scarred, but he is still whole, for he has the love of Fleur and his family, and for the oldest Weasley boy, that is enough.
