A/N: This would be a series of short Sasusaku one shots. I'd update as soon as I possibly can, whenever i could get enough free-time to do so, which is almost never due to A/Ls.(who would've thought doing 4 subjects is more taxing than doing 9? really world, really)

Comments are always appreciated, except if you're being downright mean, then I'd have to retaliate -just kidding (not really)

Enjoy! :))

Promt: he felt her move, her palms on his chest, applying pressure to put distance between them

They stood there, inches apart, under the stars, facing each other. Soundlessly and motionless, they stared and stared at one another – until Sasuke took a purposeful step forward.

And another

He continued, placing one foot in front of the other, until he fully closed the gap between them. He wasted no time to grip her shoulders with his large hands, lean forward and hastily lower his lips to hers.

He was kissing her. He was kissing her. He was kissing her.

This was not right. She stood there for a moment, shock rendering her immobile, the thoughts racing through her mind giving her a thousand reasons to give in, but there were a million reasons not to.

Sakura harshly pealed herself away, turned on her heels and walked away.

At least she tried to walk away.

When he felt her move, her palms on his chest, applying pressure to put distance between them, he let his body take control. His arm shot out, his hand taking hold of her wrists. It halted her.

He wasted no time. His hand that held a part of her pulled, causing her to swivel around, lose her footing and her whole body came tumbling into his. Hard. He took no note of the impact, desperation leading him to wrap both his arms around her shoulders, his forehead dropping to rest on the crook of her neck. She gasped, he ignored.

"Don't-" He lifted his head only to rest his forehead against hers, their noses barely touching, "-don't ever leave, Sakura."

Daringly, he kissed her again, this time around, slowly and considerate enough to give her time to relax in his hold and return his kiss. She did, eventually, because despite everything, she wanted this too. And his words… though it wasn't an I love you, it was still more than she had ever expected. What matters is that she loves him, willing to wait for the day he returned her feelings.

This, this was as start.
