I would have destroyed them. That race of monsters. That race of murderers.
That race of mine.
He knows that forever, he will hate Thor from saving him from that.
Thor won't let him hurt his family. Either of them.
Thor won't let him prove his loyalty or betrayal. Thor won't let him stay the villain, no matter how hard he tries.
Odin hates him—Frigga may come to. All the rest will fear him, as perhaps they always have.
But Thor—Thor won't let him go. Not now, not ever.
So Loki, loosening his fingers, does it for him.
