Not a stand alone, perhaps a prologue. This scene is what came fastest while writing and though I may take it down later and edit to fit properly with the rest of the story, I wanted to publish it now. Please any review, good or bad, is welcome.

PROLOGUE?:

She could still hear a dull ringing in her head. It seemed to cloud her thoughts and bounce around her brain. It seemed to be pushing against her forehead, pushing, trying to escape, and making it hard to keep her eyes open. The dark alley looked the same as all the others, but as she stumbled towards the corner, she felt an overwhelming sense of relief. She was close. Her mind began to play the vision again, just around the corner Sam and Crowley would be walking towards her. Sam would run towards her, while Crowley ambled over with the bag she left with him.

The feeling of an icy surface touching her shoulder brought her back to the present. She looked to her right and found she was being guided by a brick wall, the edges making a graze on top of the bruise on her right shoulder. She tried to push herself away from the wall, but keep her hand running along it to keep her steady. Almost there. Just a few more steps. A few more steps and they will find you. It was all she could to keep going.

Her left shoulder had gone numb hours ago, but her feet were now screaming at her. Blood from all the cuts that He had made was mixing with cold sweat and rain and some salty mixture had gotten in her eyes. She realised the corner was upon her and turned her head to see two silhouettes coming towards her. She tried to call to them.

She managed was a hoarse "Sahrlg" as she choked on her saliva.

Sam called out to her and began loping… isn't it funny how he always seems to move so awkwardly yet graceful like a cat. I wish my awkwardness could be related to a cat. I guess my gaits not so long though so maybe I'm more of like a Shetland, just moving, moving, moving.. She was snapped back to awareness when Sam grabbed her by the shoulders. Her left shoulder chose that moment to wake up and she was barely aware of the scream that came out of her mouth. Sam looked at her with concern as she tried to get him to let go of her.

"Let go. It dislockd.." she slurred.

Sam let go and started to ask her what happened when Crowley stepped closer and gave her a bottle of water from the bag and two pills. She swallowed the pills together and then drank half the bottle. Only then did she realise how long it had been since she had food or water.
