Poker Night

Hancock's eyes shifted from Moria, to Kuma, and to Teach, each one was looking at their cards. Jimbei folded long ago and left, he never enjoyed these meetings anyway and only stayed for a short time on their annual poker nights. Mihawk was studying what he had in his hand, and Doflamingo was lounging back with the cards in his hand. Marigold and Sandersonia were standing behind.

"I fold," said Mihawk, putting his cards down.

"Whimp," Moria sneered.

"He's smarter than you are probably lizard breath," Teach said.

"Oh, then what is preventing me from plucking your shadow clean off," Moria hissed.

"Calm down, both of you," said Kuma," we don't come here annually to argue."

"Yes we do," Moria and Teach said together.

"I don't understand how you put up with this sister," Marigold whispered in Hancock's ear.

"Neither do I," replied Hancock.

"I'm putting on my whole bounty now," said Doflamingo as he threw down the chips. Everyone looked at him.

"I miss Crocodile," Moria said," it was so much more fun when he was around, now we got this dork."

"Look who's talking Scaly," Teach shot back. Moria stood up, and even though he loomed over all of them, Teach looked unaffected. Kuma grabbed Moria's arm, and pulled him down. Moria glared at Teach and through down some chips.

After a few takes of throwing down chips, Hancock brought up the next subject.

"Soooo, about Straw Hat?" Hancock said, she blushed just as she that name. Kuma and Mihawk held their straight faces, Moria on the other hand, slammed his fist on the table.

"I rue the day he entered my Thriller Bark!" he exclaimed.

"His swordsman is not that bad, he is a worthy opponent," Mihawk said.

"Doesn't seem that bad of a bloke," Teach said.

"His name is famous throughout the seas, defeating two of us, and driving one away," Kuma said. Moria grabbed him by the collar.

"Don't forget, I almost beat him," Moria said.

"But you didn't," Doflamingo teased," he is strong from I hear."

"A very nice guy," Hancock said, still blushing. Moria roared.

"Brick Bat!" he screamed. His shadow burst up in the form of bats, which swarmed through the room.

"Hundred Paw Cannon!" Kuma yelled, as he brought all the bats down," calm down Gecko."

"Stay out of this bear-face!" Moria bellowed.

"You might despise Straw Hat, but he is taken care of," Kuma said, Moria hissed, and sat back down as his shadow assembled beneath him, and he through down some chips.

Eventually, Kuma held up his cards.

"Three 3's," he said. Teach smiled.

"Three 4's," Teach sneered.

"Two Queen's," Doflamingo said, putting his cards down. Hancock smiled and laughed, which was mimicked by her sisters.

"I win," she said," two King's." She put her cards on the table. Kuma looked calm, Teach and Doflamingo's jaws dropped. Moria just stared. Hancock reached for the chips.

"Not yet," Moria said.

"I've won, but fine," Hancock said as she gestured," your cards won't make a difference."

"Kishishishi," Moria laughed," two Ace's." He put his cards down. Hancock stood up, and the others just stared. Moria's doppleman reached out with is long arms and drew in all the poker chips.

"That's it!" Teach roared as his body burst into shadows. Meanwhile in the level below, Admiral Sengouku was reading, but then got a call from Aojiki.

"What now?" he demanded.

"They're fighting again," Aojiki said.
