Yesterday could have been tomorrow

I'm coming round to open the blinds
You can't hide here any longer
My God you need to rinse those puffy eyes
You can't lie still any longer
And yes they'll ask you where you've been
And you'll have to tell them again and again

Harry looked around his empty dormitory. Everything he saw reminded him of that night and Cedric. No matter what it was, it nearly made him cry. He had never liked Cedric, but wishing him death, no that was not what he wanted. Moreover, certainly not by Voldemort.

And you probably don't want to hear tomorrow's another day
but I promise you you'll see the sun again
And you're asking me why pain's the only way to happiness
And I promise you you'll see the sun again

He hated the fact that he had to tell it over and over again to everyone he passed. Even more was that once he was back in Privet Drive in a few days, he would have no one to speak to and to tell what he actually felt. It was horrible he nearly felt like a prisoner. Why did everything had to happen to him?

Come on take my hand
We're going for a walk, I know you can
You can wear anything as long as it's not black
Please don't mourn forever
He's not coming back
And yes they'll ask you where you've been
And you'll have to tell them again and again

Everyone around him seemed to die, to die because of Voldemort. He actually wondered that if he would just start to life on his own, that then may be it wouldn't happen. However, he knew that wasn't true, it would happen anyway. It was only to just save himself the pain of losing someone again.

And you probably don't want to hear tomorrow's another day
but I promise you you'll see the sun again
And you're asking me why pain's the only way to happiness
And I promise you you'll see the sun again
And I promise you you'll see the sun again
